  1. Hey guys. I'm new here. Anyways, as most of you-- I basically tried EVERYTHING there is to offer in the market but nothing ever worked for me. Ever since I was 10 (which was when I first started having my periods and now I'm 19 nearly 20), I was already experiencing acne breakouts. My mom would send me to the best dermatologist every Saturday in my city 'til I was 13. Constant extraction from the doc. Constant shit on my face and it would never ever stop! So my dermatologist then suggested Ac
  2. Hi, I would like to ask help about my certain condition on acne. You see it all started a week before school (BTW I live at Philippines so school starts at June), then when my mom saw my pimples she 'overreacted'. Then later that night I scrubbed my face using a fluffy net thingy used by mom and then applied vics vapor rub on it then put toothpaste the next morning. By the things I did, I don't know which one was the dumbest. A few weeks later, I went to school with the burn/scar like thingy
  3. Hey guys, I've been on the Regimen for about 3 months now, and it has helped somewhat, but has left some pretty mild acne scars. I've heard wonderful things about the Apple Cider vinegar toner and was planning on trying it out. My question is: how should I add it to my daily Regimen routine? I use the Regimen morning and night (cleanser, BP, moisturizer). I was thinking about doing it after I used the cleanser, and then add the BP after the toner, then finally moisturize. I've heard it t
  4. So I've been battling acne for the past about year, and I've noticed that there are a aid e range of foods that I've had to eliminate to get rid of prevent it. Unfortunately it's October and I'm still struggling. After finding out that rice breaks me out last week, and drinking too much Dandelion blend. I was happily pimple free yesterday. Here is what i ate: Breakfast: Usual 3 raw eggs blended with raw honey Lunch: Usual sweet potato with beef tallow Dinner: Homemade gras
  5. Dear all, I have been breaking out lately, for a month or so. I won't say it's anything severe but according to my dermatologist the acne I have is known as comedones. They're also not obvious unless clearly analysed. I went to visit my derm today and he prescribed me an antibiotic called Tetracycline, in 250mg. I am supposed to take 1 capsule during the day and 2 at night for a month. He claimed that I won't receive any side effects from this BUT when I did my research online, I re
  6. Acne Home Remedies

In an attempt to clear their acne at home, people have used inventive ingredients including lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, egg whites, baking soda, milk of magnesia, calamine lotion, crushed & dissolved aspirin, toothpaste, and countless others. Some people claim that certain home remedies work for them to some degree, and there is some science behind a select few of them. For instance, lemon juice contains alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), which have been proven to...

  8. My skin is not perfect, but the improvement is amazing. My skin is smooth to the touch now. I have mainly hyperpigmentation and some little unnoticeable clogged pores. When I stick to my current routine, I have no pimples. When I stray or get lazy with my skincare, the acne comes back. Overall, I would say I have had success in treating my acne. My skin type: normal-dry, sensitive, scar prone, hyperpigmentation prone acne prone, light olive complexion. This article is mo
