  1. Still getting cysts pop up despite my new regime which is ridiculously depressing and making me really struggle. Managed to find some topical ibuprofen gel (I had been taking oral ibuprofen to reduce inflammation but obviously that's not a long-term solution). Anybody tried this and did it help? I'm trying just dabbing a small blob on my two current cysts to see if it will reduce them.
  2. Hello! I was just wondering if the acne.org regimen products are anti-inflammatory? My dermatologist suggested me that i should use acne products that are anti-inflammatory because of the small bump on my oily nose. I can't seem to find any description of the products this site offers. Thanks for your help!
  3. Hello everyone, welcome to my first post. This is for me to track my progress as I make changes to my lifestyle and diet inorder to clear my acne for good!! I normaly get spots on the temples of my forehead, along the jaw and on the lower parts of my cheeks. It gets really, really red and just looks so bad. I'm hoping that anyone reading this will be inspired to change parts of their lifestyle that could also be causing acne. If it helps just one person, I'll be happy. Firstly, let me start
  4. Click HERE For Recipe I've been making this green juice lately. It's easier than to darker green/veggie juice I make. I wanted to post it because of how amazingly refreshed and calmed down my system feels after drinking this stuff. It's very alkaline and cooling to an inflamed system, and has been helping me a lot on top of the supplemental turmeric I've been taking.
