    Doing Nothing - Teen Acne

I'm a sixteen year old guy with moderate acne, I've tried many things, and now I'm trying doing nothing. I've had acne since I was about 12. It's always made me feel very insecure and depressed. I've tried multiple things, but have tried to stay away from the drugs such as Acutane, because of the possible side effects. The one thing I tried for the longest time was Epiduo. I can tell you more about that if you like, but this log will mostly be about my current regimen - nothing. I've been doin
  2. Hello everybody. I am a 20 year old female who has been scourering the Internet for years searching for answers to my acne problem. After all these years, I am finally ready to make my first post. I am going to tell you my story and share with you how I have finally gotten my skin to be clear and smooth (for the most part!) It all started when I was in eighth grade. I had the most beautiful skin you have ever seen. I'm serious. But I suffered from OCD and I craved regiments and routines in my

    Yuli Skincare?

Hi everyone, I have recently quit using harsh chemicals on my face as I realized that it has had no effect on my moderate/severe acne. I have just ordered a set of skincare products from Yuli (cleanser, toner, and serum), which I read has high ratings online. Has anyone actually tried out this Yuli brand? it's quite new and unpopular but I have high hopes for it.. I'm hoping that the natural ingredients in their products will heal my dull, inflamed skin.
  4. Okay so i've been reading a lot that people do not need skin care products, and I completely believe this. But what if your skin is so messed up from genes and a long time of being unhealthy? Also, what if the products are 100% natural and organic? For me, i've been eating healthy (the paleo diet) for half a year, been supplementing on and off, and use 100% natural and organic face skin-care products, yet my skin is trash. What are your answers and thoughts, please comment!!

Update For The First Time In A While!

Hey acne.org! I haven't been updating at all, mostly because there hasn't been too much going on, but I made a few changes, and am making a few changes as I go on, so I wanted to let you all know! Summer is typically the best time for my skin, all the sunshine is great for my skin, and the air in Florida is pretty humid, which is good for my normal to dry skin, plus I freckle up in the summer, which I personally enjoy. I typically have three to four little pimples on my face, so I'm almost never
  6. Okay I know this has probably been done before but I couldn't find anything specific to what I wanted so...here it goes. I have pretty bad acne, cysts and white heads, some deforming looking stuff even popped up before I got on medicine. Anyway, I don't wear makeup at all, not to parties, going out, weddings or anything, haven't for several years now. I get bad cyst acne when I wear makeup so I pretty much avoid it now like it's the plague, and to complicate things further I'm allergic to ev
