  1. Hi I am eula from Philippines. I have very oily skin and acne prone skin . 3 months ago I have clear face except for the occasional pimples occurs everymonth due to my period. 2. Hello, I’m having bad acne scars. Just finished my first microneedling treatment with RF (1st session ) and also on oral antibiotics. I live in India and my dermatologist has suggested 2 more microneedling Rf treatments for now after which she might suggest something else based on the results. I need another expert opinion from you guys as to what sort of treatment I might really benefit from as I don’t wanna waste my money doing multiple treatments with no results. I’ve got all sort
  3. I am on 3rd week of acne.org regimen. I have moderate acne, I am 29year old female, suffering from oily skin and adult acne since I was 21. Before that I never had acne, I was having clean and clear skin before and once I cross the age of 20, then BAM. I broke out and fiercely. I tried all homemade to over the counter products. Nothing worked. Consulted dermatologists started antiboitics. No success. Then stated accutane. Then cleared for few years. Then I got married and BAM. I got worse acne
  4. DIET: Being in an acne safe diet means cutting certain foods from your every day diet. Give it a period of 35 days to up to 3 months to see this truly works for you. But trust me, give it a real fair shot! NO: Dairy, Coffee (yes coffee!!), gluten, sugary drinks, alcohol, sugar (cut it out), seaweed, turkey, shrimp, and SOY (yes even soy milk, so no more soy lattes please. Make your self a favor and get more involved into cooking rather than eating out. Restaurants tend to use a ton of cheap
  5. About me: I had horrible hormonal acne around my chin and up my cheeks- was a mixture of deep, blind, cystic pimples and these tiny little "clogged pore" colourless clusters of pimples everywhere. I didn't want to leave the house for months because my skin was so bad and being a model and actress I wasn't able to control the makeup products being put on my skin and it was crucial to my job to have nice skin! Disaster. Anyway, I created my own routine based around skin care and health on my que
  6. Hi there looking for a primer that wont break me out. Avoiding all those pore minimising primers cause they break me out like crazyyy. I tried that loreal blurring one and peter thomas roth mattifying one and I could literally feel the pimple being made. I went to a wedding and half way through my face itched and lo and behold there was a massive pimple. Now im scared of those primers
