Is This Acne Or Rosacea? (Pics)

I'm 30 years old and have had extremely clear skin my entire life. About 3 months ago, overnight it seems, my left cheek broke out in a flushed patch of red bumps. The bumps come and go and move around, sometimes I have whiteheads and sometimes just red bumps, and some days that cheek is redder than other days, but the whole thing is still completely isolated to only my left cheek. I tried every acne face wash and product on the market- nothing helped. After googling, I pretty much diagnosed mys

    Do I have rosacea?

I don't know if I have/am getting rosace or not, perhaps it's just irritated or inflamed, I have no clue. The left side of my face is almost completely clear as far as pimples goes but its red as you can see in the pic which doesn't make sense as I don't really get pimples on that side. I am currently using aloe vera to help with the redness but I can't get rid of it.. and I went to the dermatologist a month ago and when I mentioned rosacea, they just ignored the subject and said that I only have acne.

Yes, I am still using it 3-4 times a day but it lasts longer and feels good. It cost £10 but the tube is pretty big so hopefully it will last a couple of weeks. Face Update: Looking so much clearer... Had a breakout this week (have attached a pic) which lasted 2 days but compared to how long they would usually last (1-2 weeks) I am amazed at how quickly it
