  3. Hey everybody, I'm starting Accutane to hopefully improve my facial acne and persistent/annoying scalp folliculitis. For a little background, I've tried basically every topical (Differin, Finacea, Aczone, etc) as well as every antibiotic in existence (minocycline, doxycycline, bactrim, amoxicillin).
