    Hi, everyone, I've been on the regimen for 3 months now and here is my progress. I don't have any photos before I started the regimen.

  3. Hello! Thank you for taking the time to look into my problem! So, I have been on the regimen for 12 weeks and I am not so happy. I am STILL breaking out, but only on my cheeks and casually on my forehead. I used to have up to about 5 pimples on my forehead, but now I barely have any!!!   4. I walked into the dermatologist with what i "thought" was bad skin, but boy was a wrong. They started me on retrieve cream (0.05 tretinoin) and an antibiotic (doxycycline). I lasted ONE WEEK on the doxy, i stopped because i felt changes in my mood. I was moody, anxious, depressed to the point where i couldn't get out of bed in the mornings.
