  1. im going on accutane too and i did some research and i found this regime: Every Morning 1. Wet face with warm (not hot)water. Work Cetaphil cleanser into skin. 2. Use washcloth in circular motion to buff away dead skin. Don't neglect your lips. Do this once or twice a week because exfoliation every day will be too harsh for your sensitive skin. 3.   7. I've been using this stuff for almost a month and it's helped, but I still break out... my Derm said that this month I SHOULD should see dramatic improvement.   9. I've been using the Head and Shoulders regime and it works really really well, but I still have some acne on my shoulders and my chest, how can I get rid of it by June 13th... I will admit, I do pick, I can't help it, would it look better if I tried my hardest to stop? I promised myself that I wouldn't... but I had a huge blackhead yesterday and it was starring at me and it popped it and then I couldn't stop, it was like I was in a battle with my face... and once I got everything on there I turned to my back which has blackheads...
