  1. Thanks for the tip. In the end I went out and took everything back and got Avene Skin Recovery. In 2000 I did clinical trials for an acne topical antibiotic, and they supplied us with avene wash bars and avene skin recovery. I ended up with like 2 years supply of both. Never liked the wash bar but the cold cream always worked for me so would rather use it. Would rather pay extra for the peace of mind and now that I'm in my mid-twenties and can afford to use the better products it makes sense to
  2. Hi, was wondering if you could help. Need a new moisturiser (have been using Nivea oil free moisturising fluid for 8 years and have now developed an allergy to it - makes my eyes watery) so need a new moisturiser. I don't fancy the Eucerin as there seem to be mixed reports. I have bought: Boots Skin Clear Oil Free Moisturiser Simple Oil Balancing Moisturiser Garnier Pure I have had a bad experience with Garnier about 4 years ago but can't remember if it was this one. I though Simple said "O
  3. Proves nothing. I mean, the Inuit subsided on a pure protein diet then ate Western food and got spots. But, many other facets of their life changed. They worked indoors more. They got less exercise. They were probably more stressed. They didn't watch TV much in the 1950s, could TV have caused acne? All you have is a theory with no proof. It's ridiculous.

  5. health reaction are the best. Not that B5 did anything for me. I ended up throwing most of them away.
  6. Don't worry man. I had occasinoal cystic acne in that area, basically at the bottom of the shaft of my penis. It isn't necessarily an STD, it could just be acne. I never did anything about it, cause well, it doesn't really matter IMO. No chicks ever noticed on me. I wouldn't put BP on my unit, maybe just some wash or whatever. Accutane would solve the problem. And don't ne embarassed to mention it to your Doc. They've seena lot worse things.
  7. Don't get zinc with any form of calcium. Suggested dosage is 50mg I believe. Anyone heard otherise?
  8. I got a breakout on my triceps and biceps, where I have never broken out before. It can happen anywhere. Don't worry about it.
  9. Nah, not acne. My toenail cracked open and my toes got red and swollen. Its a really raare side effect, my derm said he had only seen it once before. Its rather painful. Oh, I'm 23 years old too.
  10. Hi guys I was recently on accutane at 80mg per day for 11 weeks (I weight 78kg). I was taken off it cause I had a reaction - basically both my big toes went kind of mental (I'll spare you the graphic description). Anyway I am now off it after just 11 weeks. I cleared up after 5 weeks and have had two tiny white heads in like 6 weeks. Do you think I have a chance of staying clear or do you think my future holds another cycle of accutane (which according to the derm would be at a lower dose). Anyo
