  1. Use whey isolate. When you use concentrates it has a lot of other junk in it that can be hard for your body to digest. Stay thee hell away from creatine like he said. Also nitric oxide boosters cause inflammation, therefore causing acne. In all seriousness man, you don't need much more than the isolate.   2. Hey I've been using this Avalon Organics Oil-Free Moisturizer for like a week and I noticed a few new zits that I haven't determined if it's related to this product or not. I really like it because it smooths out skin and is really hydrating but it's pointless if it's going to give me acne. Does anyone know anything about it or thinks it would cause blemishes? I've been thinking of using pure vitamin e oil (without additives like other oils) on my face as a night time moisturizer and general healing of the face, is it true that it truly is non-comedogenic? It seems like it would be just because it's so thick it would seem like it would clog everything up. I was ging to put it on at night after cleansing, toning and all that jazz. Would this be a good idea or is it going to cause problems? If anybody knows that would be great. Thanks
