  2. The Acne Cure sucks. I bought the book and its a complete waste. I started with the guys suggested regimen, and I saw immediate signs of improvment. So much so that I started a thread on this site praising and recommending the book. But my good results shortly got worse and worse, and I went from mild, to almost severe acne.   3. I think diet plays a part. I personally noticed that when I cut out fast food and limit the soda intake, it seemed as though my complexion got better. And then, when I got lazy and started eating a lot of frozen pizzas, I broke out again.

  5. I'm about to give the regiman another go-around. THis time I ordered the BP gel as opposed to using the 10% BP lotion I was using before. For my cleaner, can I use Noxema? I'm wondering because it always makes you feel really clean and I have two unused containers of it that I'd hate to go to waste.

  7. I've been using B5 for about 2 months now, and I haven't noticed them doing anything. I'm on my last bottle, and I don't plan on continuing when I run out. I think its a waste, but thats just me.
  8. Okay....after googling Accutane and reading about it....I don't think I'll ever touch the stuff. Birth defects? Muscle and joint problems? Hair loss? Brain damage? Wow.... Besides, my acne isn't nearly sever enough for that. The thing that I have the biggest problem with is the red marks seem to stay forever and it seems like my acne is far worse than it really is.   9. Today I was staring at my face in the mirror and it finally dawned on me that I need to do something severe. I'm 27 years old. I've been battling acne for almost 14 years. I've tried EVERYTHING.   10. Okay....I'm a lazy guy. Sometimes I just want to lie on my couch and take a nap in the afternoon. I normally get about 8-9-10 hours of sleep at night...but sometimes I just want to crash in the afternoon as well.   11. Okay...I'm now in year 13 of my endless search for an acne cure. I've decided my next step is going to be to change my diet. No more fast food, no more pizza, as little soda and junk food as possible. I'm trying to eat more home cooked foods, and drink as much water. What foods are simple to make (single guy living by myself here) that are either good, or at least not bad for acne? Also, is pasta, eggs, or tuna fish bad for acne?
  12. I've tried everything...... from the regiman, to changing my diet, to not drinking soda, to taking mass amounts of B5, to BP, to SA, to Glycolic acid...you get the jist... Nothing works. Right now what I get most often isn't white heads or black heads, but pimples deep in the skin that just leave red swollen bumps on my face. What can I do to get rid of those?
