  1. I have the same scarring but I don't get acne anymore because of my strict adherence to the paleo diet. It cleared up my severe cystic acne. It works for pretty much everyone. If you want really fast results go really low carb initially i.e. no fruit. I eat almost nothing but animal products and my acne has gone from severe to cured. I tried a high fruit paleo diet before because I was a vegan and I got similar results but it took a lot longer and I never stopped breaking out completely like now
  2. LOL I cut out all grains and now my cystic acne is gone. I'm full after every grain-free meal I eat. Do you suggest I go back to eating grains and having acne? Yeah? Clear skin means a lower quality of life to you? That's like telling a cancer patient he shouldn't stop smoking completely because his life will suck even more if he does. False, false, and false. Did you ever actually leave the internet? That's like saying smoking does not actually cause cancer or ruin your health because my gra
  3. Siddyy, in my experience AHA doesn't do much for red marks. More like the opposite, actually... Try jojoba oil or something!
  4. NO!! that is going to damage the bump even more its too strong. its used to peel off dead skin cells. the bump is caused by the inner layer tissue getting damaged when u squeezed it. i suggest you use silicone sheets/gel. and bio oil OK, so what is this bio oil everyone's talking about? oh its an oil that reduces/ removes scars and dark marks. you can buy it online or yor local chemist Could you give me a link? 6. Bumps on the nose are really common and I doubt they are caused by squeezing (not sure though).
  7. I've been using Dan's AHA every night for over a year and some of my deepest rolling scars are basically completely gone. AHA also helps prevent new pimples from forming and effectively fights active ones. It's great (and cheap). Buy it here: http://www.danielker...uct-p/aha-6.htm And please remember that constantly thinking about your skin condition, hating yourself, etc., doesn't make your acne go away. The acne is there no matter how much you think it shouldn't be -- might as well
  8. I'm like 95% sure it did. It definitely slowed down the healing of red marks SIGNIFICANTLY (before BP they disappeared after a day or so, on Dan's regimen it could take more than a year!), so I'm pretty sure it ruined the overall healing ability of my skin and gave me real scars too. I also believe it gave me some wrinkles. Despite the warnings of people online I did not seriously consider that the BP could be doing this doing this until I began to notice that even the tiniest pimple would l
  9. High-glycemic foods cause your pores to block giving you whiteheads. Inflammation probably causes those whiteheads to turn into cysts.
  10. No. If you're desperate for calories, eat some nuts every day. A handful will give you about a trillion cals. Peanuts are technically not nuts but so low-glycemic I recommend them anyway. Bread, including organic whole wheat/rye/barley/corn bread, is great if you want acne.
  11. Try Dan's AHA. I've been using it every night for a couple of years or so. It has healed some of my rolling scars more or less completely, and I expect it to heal all of them eventually. Stoked!
  12. to my knowledge raised scars are more likely to disappear by themselves than other types of acne scars. i read that somewhere a while ago. give it some time, and don't worry.
  13. Hm...why are in you hell? Care to explain?
