  1. So I have been washing with water only twice a day and it's helped with my acne tremendously. What I do is I wash with warm/hot water and rinse with cold water at the end. Then I pat dry with the palms of my hands. After that, I put on either a toner or lotion from Skinfood and call it a day. I have been doing this for the past 2 years and now my skin is so clear that my friends are saying that I'm keeping a secret formula from them... The only problem is, this routine ONLY helped with the acne.
  2. Lol, I kinda figured this was a stupid question but I was just curious. So back on topic, what about gingerale? I've heard it's good for digestion but I've gotten to a point where I just don't believe things anymore. Does it use corn syrup also?
  3. Hi, I've been taking vitamin supplements for a while now and it's been helping. So I was just wondering if I were to drink any kind of soda or carbonated drinks, would it affect the vitamins in my stomach or would it be beneficial?
  4. I've had a dark, red and oily complexion for about 3 years now. For some reason, my face is the only part of my skin that has this. My body is literally bright while my face is just dark, red and oily. I used to have many pimples but they went away after I started taking vitamin supplements. I still have a few but it's nothing compared to before. Also, my face feels REALLY hot sometimes. Like my whole face is just burning including my ears which is supposed to be cold. It seems that facetends to
  5. This question was probably answered already but... Do I need to take more b-complex suppliments when I take 10 grams of b5?
  6. Zinc helps. REALLY helps. 50mg should be enough. Any higher than 100mg I believe can be really bad. Something about deficiency in copper since Zinc and Copper block each or something. Google it actually. Google's your friend.
  7. Hi, I've had acne for about 4-5 years now and it's really getting to me. My face tends to be VERY red and SUPER oily. So I went to the dermatologist, and he prescripted me Duac, Fougera Clindamycin Phosphate Lotion, and Tretinoin Cream USP. After using them for a while, my acne seemed to be going away but my skin was much redder(Sp?) and dryer (also oily at the same time) so I stopped using it. So instead of the acne medication (I still use the Cleanser that came with Duac and the Lotion), I beg
