  7. No Dark chocolate is just the cocoa part without added milk. Chocolate that is over 70% cocoa is actually really healthy. It has lots of antioxidants and is high in protein and fiber. I usually spend around 40 bucks a week, but i live at home so my mom buys some of my groceries. With the pasta i use a pasta sauce that i got at the health food store. I also sometimes put pizza sauce which is good.

  9. Hey, i am on a gluten free and dairy free diet too. Some of the things i do to boost my calories is to eat quite a bit of fuit. I also snack on walnuts and almonds, which i think are healthier than peanuts. You can also get all pasta varieties made with brown rice instead of wheat. I am staying right at about 140. I am trying to get to at least 150, and i try to consume nuts, seeds, through out the day. What is a list that you eat throughout the day? Are you maintaining your weight or

I know for a fact that eating can cause heart disease, diabetes, strokes, etc. As far as the "obsurd changes", i dont see how eliminating proccessed foods, dairy, or gluten is obsurd.   15. Saying that bread in general is bad for you is not too smart. 100% whole grains are actually very good for you. They are high in fiber, protein, and lots of vitamins and phyonutrients. Your supposed to get at least 3 serving of whole grains a day. There is a big difference between refined carbs and whole grain carbs.
