  1. I re found this website somehow, which I used religiously back when I had severe acne a few years ago, now I'm at university skin is still not perfect but very mild compared to how it was. I'm interested, how has everyone's lives changed in the last two years? It's actually hilarious seeing my old profile photo
  2. so i'm trying a mainly vegan/vege diet atm to see if my last ideas were right. I also found a condition called histadelic that had so many symptoms i have (which i thought were normal, apperantly not haha) and it says the only way to treat is with a low protein, high complez carbohydrate diet, and thats what i was doing when i got really clear like a month ago and when i stopped eating so much a few breakouts came up. wierd. worth a try to see if its right....

  6. i think your eating too many grains in my opinion. maybe try broadening your variety in food and eat more! your body cant function on little amounts of food! try some healthy snacks like carrots and hummus, tuna, grainy crackers etc also lots of water an hour before or after meals (so it can digest properly) maybe try some fish with a little rice and more vegetables. you could try sweet potatoes (lots of healthy minerals) leafy greens, small amounts of nuts, some detoxifying teas etc. i just thi

Yeah my brother had acne for about 6 months when he was like 13 but now he has the best skin i've ever seen on anyone, it annoys the hell outta me coz he eats like a pig! but hes in the air force so he exercises alot so maybe thats it? my marks are actually pretty much completely gone, i think because of the sunshine its evened out my skin tone alot.

  11. yeah well my group of friends couldnt care less they've been with me through severe face full acne to now where besides scars im completely normal so i guess feeling accepted like that helps. and i realise my mind is more powerful than i thought becuase i remember eating potatoes a few months ago when i was like obsessed with eating healthy and because i was so worried about the carbs i thought i would break out so i did, really badly. now i eat potatoes nearly every day! its so strange. and btw

  13. because i was out a lot and staying at friends houses so i was too tired by the time we got back to there place and its hard eating healthy at other peoples houses so i didnt really eat at all hahah.
