  1. I had the same problem too!! I was on Mircette for 4 and a half years (18-23) I got off the BCP July08. I didn't have too many skin issues before getting on BC, so I figured it wouldn't be too bad after either. Boy was I wrong. I was zit-free for about 2 months after getting off the pill.   2. Hi, SOrry to hear that... but don't give up quite yet! I've been off make up completely cos it clogs my pores. Well, completely isn't true-- but a light concealer and blush is all I allow myself may once a week. As far as your moisturizer goes-- try something water based (i.e. oil free) I'm using Clinique Moisture Surge and it's really rich and moisturizing without the grease. Hope that helps!
  3. Hey, I've only recently started the regimen. ANd its WORKING! My skin is a little drier than usual, but i'll take dryness over the zits. OK so to answer your question-- the cleanser I use is Cetaphil twice a day (all over my face) I also use Himalaya's soap free cleanser for Oily skin (only around problem areas, which for me is my jawline and cheeks) once a day. I think I'm over doing the cleansing part-- which explains the dryness. As for the moisturizer-- I'm using Clinique Moisture Surge w
