  1. I use American Whey for an Isolate. 100 calories 20g protein is a serving. $40 a tub though. Can mix it with water/milk, put it in oatmeal, or put it in blender shakes.
  2. buy chicken and steak in bulk on sale , eggs for protein whole grain pasta, brown rice, oatmeal for carbs pistachios(very calorie dense) for your fats
  3. Definitely acne.org. I seem much clearer using his cleanser rather than purpose gentle cleanser. Also flakiness is much more under control using his moisturizer rather than Olay complete. As other people have already stated, his BP is magical.
  4. I enjoy using the AHA in place of the moisturizer at night about once a week.
