  1. I've been on Dan's regimen for 4 years now, and it has cleared up my skin 99%. I want to wean off the BP now and experiment with other things, as the BP is really messing up the quality of my skin since I've been using it so long. I wanted to try BHA instead, so I bought some Paula's Choice BHA 2% gel and have started using it alone in the morning and just BP at night. I'm also moisturizing with Dan's moisturizer + jojoba after both as usual. It's been about a week now of doing this, and my
  2. hey thanks dadob, I'm glad I'm not the only one! I actually ended up throwing out that Fisol bottle, after coming to the conclusion that it was definitely rancid. I gave up on fish oil for awhile because I didn't want to spend money on another bottle that probably wouldn't agree with me... but the other day I went to my grandma's house and saw that she had a bottle of fish oil in her kitchen (it was just Longs drug store brand). So I took one to experiment, and it didn't seem to bother me at all
  3. Thank you so much for sharing this info. I have similar problems to you... besides the acne I also have a very overstimulated nervous system, anxiety, insomnia, too fast metabolism, etc. I also have fibromyalgia which is made worse by these symptoms. I'm going to try this combination of supplements for my skin as I'm going off the BP regimen soon and need all the help I can get for my skin. I'm hoping they'll fix some of my other imbalances as well. It looks like that Eye-q stuff is only avail
  4. I've been reading all of these no-washing threads on here and I'm seriously considering trying this method... The only problem is that I have been on the DK regimen for 4 years now. It has cleared up my skin 95%, and I've been happy with it, but tbh I'm getting sick of doing it. I'm 26 years old and don't think I should have acne anymore like I did as a teen/early 20's. Plus it's expensive and sucking me dry. Oh and it makes my face red too. So I was wondering - any experience from trying the
  5. Hmm... I have been taking them with large meals. You might be right about them being rancid. I paid $21 for the bottle from Whole Foods, and this is the first bottle of them I've ever tried. Maybe they'll let me exchange it. I really can't know for sure though since I hate the taste of fish... fishy things taste sort of rancid to me anyway. It's now been 2 days since I last took a Fisol tablet and I'm still getting traces of the the nasty taste in the back of my throat. Do you know whether the
  6. Thanks guys... I checked out those brands that were recommended and they don't seem to have any of their fish oil products in enteric coated tablets. I absolutely cannot take the liquid or the normal soft-gels no matter how good they are, because I have very bad GERD and letting the oil get in my stomach will definitely make me miserable. Does anyone know of any good brands of enteric coated fish oil that wont cause a bad taste or nausea? Or has anyone tried the Fisol brand and had similar
  7. I want to start adding fish oil to my regimen (DKR), not just for my acne but it seems like it might help several of my other health problems as well. The problem is that I can't seem to find a pill that I can tolerate. Obviously all of the normal gel caps give me really bad fishy reflux (I have GERD) and nausea and make me feel crap (I HATE fish!). So I decided to try an enteric coated brand, and got a bottle of Fisol 500mg (I'd much rather take 2 smaller pills than try to swallow a huge 1000
