  1. Hey there collected and chunkylard (lol). Collected you mentioned a facial which I cant exactly afford regularly...(and I'm probably going to cancel the laser unless I find out benefits otherwise). Is there a simple home facial remedy/ peel I can conjure up? And chunkylard, I used Biore pore strips a few times ages ago and while they only removed a portion of the pores, those pores filled back up in a matter of time. So I guess the more important question is once the pore is cleared, how to
  2. (I also posted this in the laser section.) Hey everyone, been quite some time since my last post. I'll jump right in. My problems are an insane amount of sebaceous filaments/pores/blackheads on my nose, upper cheeks, and chin areas, non-inflammatory acne on my forehead, oily/dry combination skin, and frequent face peeling. I currently am not using many products, only Cerave face wash and moisturizer. Now I have used a TON of products over the years and have found no results due to either

  4. Couple questions: For those who have used Green Cream, what exactly does it do to your face? Does it have good results? What process does it make your face go through? Most importantly, does it clear your T-zone of blackheads and non-inflammed acne? Does it smooth out holes, scars, and discoloration on your face? Is it just a cream you put on at night after washing your face? Or does it require more than that? Does it dry your skin? Also important, are there any possible side effects? Hope so
  5. Hey thanks for the info Addie, did help me! Yeah a big problem I have too is determining whether I have dry skin or not. When I wash my face with a face wash it gets dry and sometimes goes away but then possibly oily later in the day. However my face gets super oily if I use moisturizers..? EH I dont know, just confused a bit, maybe there is something I can do to tell what skin type I have? Anyone else have any input on Green Cream or anything else?
  6. This is my problem: TONS of blackheads/holes/deep pores nose and cheek area, and white bumps under my skin various places throughout my face. So, is it better to start off with Paulas choice BHA products? I would probably go with a 2% but liquid, gel or lotion? Do you have to get all 5 of her products for it to be affective and if not, what products should you use while using the BHA? For Green Cream Im a little confused. Is Green Cream BETTER for clearing the pores and smoothing out the skin
  7. Long story short, blackheads ALL OVER my nose and upper cheek, many different sizes. Plus white bumps near chin area and various other places on my face! SUPER OILY skin (HAVE TO PAT MY FACE LIKE EVERY 20 MIN =(, and dry skin when I wash) Tried many cleansers/products, including BP, excluding BHA & mandelic. So my question is...is it possible to get clear skin? I go through these forums day in and day out, just reading the progress and new regimens people are trying. Day in and day out we
  8. mizz lime youre recommending just use safeguard soap morning and night, and then add retin-A at night? Whats a good retin-A product? See thats the main thing im trying to find is a regimen I can follow. Why I ask of this too is because I keep running into products that don't help me at all. I went on Paulas choice yesterday and looked at her 5 step routine for blackheads. Does anyone recommend this? Anyone possibly have a simpler plan vs using 5 products, assuming theyre necessary? Or should
  9. So I posted for help on the blackheads/non inflamed acne forum asking for serious help on how to rid of all of it. Besides that, when one follows a routine which eventually leads to near perfect skin or skin they're satisfied with, can you discontinue using the products and just narrow it down to washing your face? Or if you stop using the products will your acne come back shortly afterwards? And if this is the case then we'll always have to rely on these products for our comfort? Im asking
  10. Thanks sunshine and pchic. Pchic, I was looking at surgeries like dermabrasion and some others but really dont have the money nor want to wait to do that =/. But Im with you, oily skin no matter what. Sunshine thanks for the recommendations! Before I go and buy it, besides BHA 2% what else should I buy and why 2% (vs. 5% or 10%)? How would I use that in a regimen? What regimen should I even do/set up? Like what to cleanse my face with then step 2, step 3 and so on? A regimen Ive been doing i
