  8. Is there a correlation between the consumption of seafood (especially crustaceans) and an acne flare-up? I had a large bowl of New England Clam Chowder this past weekend, and woke up with three pimples the next day. Coincidence?
  9. Hey Everyone, Has anyone had a "facial" done, while on the regimen? If so, would you recommend it? Thanks, MC
  10. Hey All, Has anyone used Aloe Vera as a moisturizer?
