  1. I've used both mandelic acid 10% serum and glycolic acid 10% lotion which are both AHA in the past but my results were temporary and I still had breakouts after awhile. I have also used other brands of 2% salicylic acid in the form of cleanser and toner and that didn't work either. The PC BHA 2% lotion is definitely more for active acne than red marks. But it does exfoliate the surface of the skin as well as the pores. I saw a difference in clogged pores in my third week of daily use (2x a day)
  2. Just wanted to share what helped my mild/moderate acne, red marks left after acne and the dreaded clogged pores that are always threatening to erupt into acne if I'm not careful. I did not want to post earlier as I wanted to test the products for at least 3 months in case there is the placebo effect but I can safely say after all these months it has worked really effectively for me. To clear the red marks left from acne: * Egg white & lemon mask (for 15 mins) every day To clear the clo
  3. Delna you are a star!!! I have been following this method for 2 weeks and I have seen a major improvement with red marks left from spots. I have stopped using BP as I noticed that although it helped to prevent new spots, it was making the healing process slower leaving me with awful, angry looking red marks. This is the regimen I have adapted from Delna's and I have not had any breakouts for the past week. MORNING (due to time constraints) ***************************** Cleanse with Living
  4. I have oily skin, mild to moderate acne and plenty of acne pigmentation and scarring and never went through a day without one or two new damn pimples appearing each day. I am thankful for this boards for all the information and reviews and have tried the following: Dan's reg - too drying for me so: For cleansing: I use Botchla's reg (panoxyl 10 wash instead of c&c as im from uk) For toning: ACV mix For spot treating: Living nature manuka honey & oil antiseptic gel For moisturising: Eu
  5. Hi I've been searching for the C&C Continuous control as well but they don't have this range in the UK. I went to pharmacy2u.co.uk and got the Panoxyl Wash 10% Benzoyl Peroxide. It should work the same way as the c&c brand. Here's the link: http://www.pharmacy2u.co.uk/product.asp?id...htype=catalogno If you don't have credit card, you can use switch or solo to buy from them. Hope this helps
