  1. Most of the acne I had prior to starting accutane left red marks that have faded by now but for some reason 4 zits turned into what I think are scabs. 2 on my face and 2 on my neck. There isn't any dead skin, each one is just part of me. They're like little red nipples, but much smaller. They've been there for at least 8 months and haven't reduced in redness at all. They look like someone just glued them there. What are they? I finish my course in 2 days...will these things ever go away? I haven
  2. I don't know if anyone here is watching the NCAA tournament but in the Duke/Texas game yesterday they showed a close up from the side of one of the cheerleaders from Texas and she had zits all over her cheek. She had them covered with makeup but they were still obvious. She must have balls of steel to show herself like that in front of millions of people on national tv. she was still hot too
  3. I've been doing research and I keep getting different answers on this. How long are you supposed to wait after your tane course before starting peels? I've read 1 month, 3 months, 4 months, 6 months, 8 months, at least 12 months, and 24 months. So what the hell. I need to know what the deal is. Anyone here have a TCA peel done a month or 2 after tane?
  4. Anyone else have any thoughts on this? I don't really feel like waiting 8 months to address my red marks. Maybe I could stop accutane now, wait a month, do a peel, then get back on accutane?
  5. I read your post in the addict thread and you are funny ^_^ "stop picking dumbass" hahaha

    1. I've been on accutane for 2 months and by now my biggest problem is a ridiculous amount of red marks, but I keep reading that you shouldn't have any peels done anywhere from 1-6 months after tane. So which is it? And what happens if I get one done right now? I've tried searching on this but I can't find any place that actually talks about the consequences, just that you can't do it.
    2. as long as the doses are divided, does it matter if i take them at random times each day? say one day is 8am and 8pm and the next is 1pm and 4pm, does that matter? or should i just make sure i take them at the same time everyday?
    3. I can't stop picking either..I even say out loud "don't do it" while looking in the mirror. Well I do it anyway, and after I've started I say "stop picking dumbass" and I still pick and pop and poke at every little thing I see. Then after I've turned 5 or 6 tiny bumps into huge, nasty zits I say "you fucking idiot" and life goes on.
    4. The only thing that has worked for me is intentionally getting a sunburn and letting it fade. My acne and redness is reduced by about 95%..it's barely even visible. After 4 or 5 days it comes back so I get another sunburn. I've been going through that cycle for about a month now and I don't see an end in sight. I know it's dangerous but I feel like I have no other choice. Would you rather have acne or permanent skin damage?
    5. about a week ago i started using aspirin masks/baking soda/toothpaste and it has wiped out all of my zits but there are still red marks (sort of fading) all over my face and neck. when i go to sleep they are almost completely gone but when i wake up i have a big WTF when i look in the mirror. before i started this i had terrible acne so i feel like i'm actually making progress but this is really starting to piss me off. is it the way i'm sleeping? is there something i can put on my face over
