  1. Hey nofx_gurl_420, since you're the only one replying here, I have some questions for you. I live in Canada too, so I was wondering how much your B5 costs (how much you get per bottle, etc)? Also, where do you get it from? How is it working for you so far? Give me a rundown on your experience with it, if you would be so kind. Here's a questions for anyone. Does anyone still use BP or other treatments after being on B5, or does it seem to do the trick alone? Thanks for your help.
  2. I am considering starting to take vitamin B5. BP isn't quite working (I've been using it for almost 2 years now, following Dan's regime). I've been doing some reading, still more to do, and I notice that B5 helps with oily skin. Well, I have oily skin so I'm very interested in this. I've always thought that my oily skin was the problem. I'd like some more info. So if anyone has any links I'd appreciate it. I'll continue looking around these forums and google, but it's good to get a link that s
  3. After I get out of the shower, I can see my pores the best. This is when I notice that around my cheeks and nose they are filled with white gunk. In those areas my pores are quite large too. Now I'm assuming this is probably a cause of some of my acne. Does anyone know or have any ideas as to how to prevent my pores in these area from filling up with gunk. Thanks.
  4. I've been basically on the regimen since Jan/Feb this year (can't remember which month). I've followed it pretty close. I have noticed okay improvement in my skin condition, mostly at the start and during the summer. I've always had the porblem of oily skin though. Right now I'm pretty happy with my acne level. It's not 100%, but it's good enough to get by (I do hope it gets all clear eventually though). But my oily skin is not good at all. My forehead is like an oil slick near the end of th
  5. fifitrixibell, I've seen vitamins and stuff like that at any supermaret, drugstore or places like that. So I'm assuming they have vitamin B there too. Right now I'm not taking any, but I think I might. I have a few questions though. -So just take vitamin B5 only? None of the other B's? -Roughly how much is a bottle and how many pills do you get (and the dose of each pill)? I guess thats all for now. I would go check those things out myself, but I'm in the middle of exams right now and
  6. Mine did that before I started using BP. So who knows, BP probably is one cause for it, but there are probably other causes as well.
  7. Thanks Pleck. Thats what I was kind of going for here. I don't really have another update right now though. I'll give another when when I have some more time after exams (~1 week). Until then.... keep your stick on the ice.
  8. I find shaving everyday to be helpful. I used to have once every 2-3 days, but now I do everyday. I found that when I didn't shave, even for a day, the BP got all caught up in my stubble. It just didn't go on my face right. That is just what I found though, it will probably vary from person to person. I would rather not shave every day, but you do what you gotta do.
  9. I started Dan's regimen on Feb. 6 and here's what I have done, learned, felt, etc. I follow the regimen completly, only I use Solugel which is 4% BP (can't find anything lower than there here in Canada). Right now I use about the same amount as Dan uses, (maybe a bit less) but I cover my whole face. I don't know how I'll possibly be able to use any more because my face simply can't absorb anymore. I've been increaing slowly, and whenever I use more than what I do now, it is too much. Maybe th
  10. aloe vera?? Can anyone else confirm that this is okay to use? I use this stuff in the summer if I get a sunburn. I love the stuff. I'd use it in a heartbeat if I knew it was okay on the face.
  11. Thank. I few more questions though. I think I might start up Dan's regimen. But I cannot find 2.5% BP anywhere. I can only find 5%. Can I use 5% or will that be too harsh? What kind of moisterizer is best to use? Recently I have been geting huge white heads. It's really depressing me. I want to find a solution to this.
  12. Hello. I have oily AND dry skin. This causes my acne (or so I think). I don't know what to do. I'v tried this and that but noting seems to do the trick. I was on a really good streak for the past little while but just within the last few days it has been bad. My face is doing okay. That used to be my problem area, but it seems to be getting better. I have no idea why, but I'm happy. My forehead seems to be the problem right now. In the morning after a shower it is really dry. So I moisturize
