  3. HI all I am soooo mad at my gynacologist and am actually taking things further and putting in a complaint. I wont bore you with the details but basically she was no help at all, she didnt explain anything to me and sent me back to my GP to get a prescription for diannette. She said it wasnt a hormonal problem because blood work that i have only had done twice (the last time being 4 months ago) didnt show any irregularities. She was very blasé about my symptoms and unempathetic and refused t
  4. Hi girls Sorry to hear you too are suffering with hormone related acne. I have been struggling to get a diagnosis for PCOS for a year or so and finally had an ultrasound done a couple of weeks ago which confirmed i have mutliple cysts on one of my ovaries and a rather large one on the other. I dont really know what it all means yet as i havent had my follow up appointment with the gynacologist but am due to go tomorow. I am VERY reluctant to go back on the contraceptive pill as i do believe

I am now taking a teaspoon 3 times a day which is the full10g dose as i understand it. I am a little worried that it isnt that accurate and my pee is not as yellow/green as it was when i did it with the tablets....anyone know if this matters? I thought perhaps it might mean i am not taking enough but does anyone have an

I actually started it yesterday and just went with 1/2 tsp 3 times a day to begin with. But its not too accurate and i am worried i am not doing it right? Also found that just swallowing it direct from the spoon and chasing with water was easier than trying to mix it in a glass....anyone know if that is ok too? Advice gratef

  9. Hi all I ordered it in powder form.....have taken the capsules before but it was too damn expensive so i gave up. I dont remember it being a miracle cure but it certainly helped....it did make my pee green though...is that normal? So onto my query..... has anyone taken it in powdered form before and if so how? Do i need to take more or less than with capsules? Can i mix it with Juice or only water....how much liquid to each gram/part? If anyone can help out i would be extremely grateful.
  10. Hi everyone am new here and sorry but i have so many questions. I am 28, was on the contraceptive pill from age 17 to 27 but have been hormone free for a year. I never had a problem with my skin during my teens and i only ever had one outbreak of acne when i was 18 thropugh abusing microgynon (mini pill) to delay period. I used to get the odd one around the time of my period but nothing serious. I was on Dianette for the first bout of acne and went on and off that for a few years before transf
