  1. After about 4 years of moderate cystic acne, I finally found the best regimen. Dan's BP was the best thing that ever happened, and it remains a permanent piece of my regimen. Antibiotics suck, and I couldn't do Accutane. BP is good, but it's not enough by itself. So my goal was to create a regimen that keeps me about as clear as Accutane would. In other words a combo of things that make a big difference. This is my current regimen... Morning DK's Wash, BP, Lotion Vitamins A, B complex, C, E Zi
  2. After about 4 years of moderate cystic acne, I am still experimenting. Dan's BP was the best thing that ever happened, and it remains a permanent piece of my regimen. Antibiotics suck, and I couldn't do Accutane. BP is good, but it's not enough by itself. So my goal is to create a regimen that keeps me as clear as Accutane would. In other words a combo of little things that make a big difference. This is my current regimen... Morning DK's Wash, BP, Lotion Vitamins A, B complex, C, E Zinc Fish
  3. I used to take multivitamins but every time I take them for a few days only I will get bad breakouts...either its normal for an initial breakout or I should avoid taking them? I honestly don't see any reason to take vitamins if it doesnt help acne...
  4. I have waited through 3 years of hell because my only hope is that I will grow out of this miserable disease. It started when I was 15 and I have had bad cystic acne for over 3 years. Not a single bit better. If I wait 2 more years and still have it this bad, then I might go crazy. I mean is my cystic acne more likely to go away at 20? 25? Or never??? Oh wait! - Nobody knows...
  5. I am 18 and I have had large painful cystic acne for over 3 years. Just wondering if just because the acne is cystic if it effects the chances of me growing out of acne? Or does cystic acne go away completely for most people? This is really really important for me to know because I can wait another year or two just not 5 (or forever).
  6. well im really skinny so its kinda hard
  7. I'm not lazy like most people, I actually love exercising...but theres one damn problem. I CANT RUN BECAUSE I GET SIDE STITCH/CRAMPS....it never goes away what the hell do i do!!!
  8. I need the best antibiotic for moderate severe cystic acne. I am currently using BP regimen only.
  9. Yeah that's probably really bad. If you tell the derm he might take you off. Directly from the site... http://www.rocheusa.com/products/accutane/pi.pdf What are the possible side effects of Accutane? serious brain problems...accutane can increase the pressure in the brain. This can lead to permanent loss of eyesight and, in rare cases, death. Stop taking Accutane and call your doctor right away if you get any of these signs of increased brain pressure: bad headache blurred vision dizziness
  10. The problem with that is they can't link the side effects with accutane because there is no proof. If you developed a condition years down the line after tane, you wouldnt be able to prove its from tane, but many people are almost certain that tane caused it. And nobody really knows what will happen years after taking the drug, and what it changes in the body. The government doesn't have to pull dangerous drugs off the market. Look at alcohol and tobacco. They don't "instantly" cause problems, b
  11. See the problem is, you never know if its right for you or not. Its gambling plain and simple...you could be a very strong and healthy person, with horrible acne, but when a person tells them it's "right" for them, they go on it and it can turn them into a mess. You guys just don't get it. You go on and promote gambling with the human body. Its not about how it helped people...I'm here to say it can happen to you, and just because 99% of people might be okay, that still means that you can be tha
