  1. urine therapy was the only thing that got rid of my persistent forehead acne. things started to look better after a couple of days, and my face was clear after a week or two. it's been gone for about 6 months, and now i just massage the urine into my face at night before i go to bed. ut has pretty amazing effects as i have no more acne.

      1. urine therapy has worked very well for me regardless of how much water i drink, and i tend to drink quite a bit. though some think morning urine works best since it is most cocentrated.

      3. interesting. the efficacy has not slowed down for me at all, my skin seems to keep improving even after 2 months. the dreaded red marks from some of the bigger pimple are finally starting to disappear completely. did you do anything differently after 2 weeks? changes in diet, stress, frequency of application, etc.? to the question about raw nuts causing my outbreaks, raw nuts are simply nuts that are not roasted. you can buy them at many grocery stores, especially the health oriented ones
      4. i agree, some people really overdo it with the face washing. but in my case, i had actually stopped washing my face with anything for over a month with continuing outbreaks. so i don't think that was involved in getting me clear. i am 100% certain that urine therapy helps heal existing acne quickly, at least in my case. it is most likely the urea (the primary non-water consitituent of urine) that is used in many expensive pharmaceutical products that heals the acne so quickly. i recently exper

      9. if only it were that easy... i am a phd student in epidemiology at a major medical school and i can tell you it is very difficult to get new ideas published. medical research has a kind of "gang mentality", as anyone who is stepping out of line with what is the current thinking will usually get attacked and have a hard time getting published. this makes true scientific progress in the current environment an uphill battle. then there is the issue of funding new studies... if it isn't a "hot area"
