  1. Something I've been meaning to ask about that my husband keeps saying.. do you all think that exercising can cause acne? When I started eating healthy foods in 2001, I also started running 3-4 times a week for an hour a session....and that's when I started getting the acne. It's on my back as well. I know that tight clothing that causes friction while sweating can cause acne...BUT I always ALWAYS wear loose-fitting t-shirts and shorts when I run.
  2. You have all the rage that I have as well. Sometimes I just scream and cry. I already have severely dry skin (all areas except my acne areas) and just taking a shower is painful for me when I get out because of how dry my skin is. It's due to the eczema I've suffered with all my life. No matter how much medicated creams I use, I still suffer. So that's one primary reason why I don't want Accutane. I don't want to be a crusty, bleeding fool. I'm going to see a new dermatologist in Octo
  3. I'm actually still on the Yaz. I started taking it for the acne issue as well as period issues, and I really like it even if it doesn't help with the acne. So I suppose it did agree with me. No weight gain at all, it definitely has NOT made my acne any worse, and it's great for unbearable period pains!
  4. Thanks for your suggestions everyone. I've actually been a health nut (when it comes to food and exercise) since about the year 2000. It's crazy..as a teen I never had any acne and I ate crap. When I started eating healthily, I got acne.

I have tried all of the following: Bactrim Minocycline Tetracycline Doxycycline Retin-a Differin Duac Proactiv Clindamycin Salcylic Acid BenzaClin Benziq Yaz BCP Nothing has worked. I'm at my wit's end. I have greatly considered Accutane but I truly do not want to go on that. But I am starting to think there's no other choice. I'm just terrified of that drug. Do I have any other choices?? Have I exhausted all possibil
