  1. hahahahaha... The more you write the more ignorant *moderator edit* you sound. Oh wait, I'm sorry your dermatologist told you diet has nothing to do with acne, and we all know that he/she just cares about your own personal health and interest. It's a good thing that when she tells you to try retina and recommends antibiotics and maybe even accutane, she is really just doing it to help you and has nothing to gain. For the other person who said that the people that got cleared by diet are liars,
  2. hahahahahaha, good for you if you don't get acne but I promise you that sooner or later that horrible diet with insulin spikes will negatively effect you in one way or another (obesity, diabetes, cancer...etc...)In fact, in my honest opinion Acne is probably the best disease to have in terms of our body warning us that something is just not right
  3. the reason why Niacin can work in some people is because it stimulates the release of hydrochloric acid in your stomach allowing it to digest your food and therefore not leave any excess of undigested food in your gut to feed bacteria/fungi etc... the problem is your body begins to adapt to the dosage of niacin after a while and one has to constantly increase their dosage to notice the same results
  4. i did 8 weeks ketogenic diet...and my acne did not get better... nevertheless keto rocks when dieting...u dont crave sweets, have enough energy for training...for cutting the ketogenic diet is the way to go! all i ate: beef, steak, chicken, whey protein, whole omega3 eggs,10-15g fischoel, macadamia nut oil and some extra virgin olive oil - and some green veggies on the side. everyone should do a lowcarb diet for some time per year to level down insulin restistance.. Not trying to be mean bu
  5. Calm down, no one is going to call you a liar or a scammer. Different things work for different people. That being said, of course I've tried eating zero carbohydrates before! I only ate fish, coconut oil, olive oil, and nuts and drank decaf tea and lemon water. I was still not clear after a month and a half, but I had gained weight and found that I was extremely fatigued and felt foggy all the time. I went back to carbohydrates and felt a ton better, lost weight, and my brain felt clear. Ma
  6. I don't care who you are, what gender, race or your age, as long as your human if you completely cut out all Carbs from your diet after 4 weeks your acne will be significantly reduced if not completely gone. It's what I did and my face is completely clear now, all of you can say that what helped me, might not help others well i disagree and i really doubt anybody here has even tried 4 weeks of completely no carbs. That means no ice cream, no junk food but it also means no veggies, no fruits, no
  7. did some research today and found some more contradictory evidence that makes me wonder even more if i'm following the right diet at healingnaturallybybee.com. This is basically saying that in order to kill candida one has to lower fat intake and increase vegetables and fruits. http://stanford.wellsphere.com/complementa...t-theory/458825
  8. Well im back on it and i've been on it now for 2 weeks and still have no energy. You said that carbs are the body's preferred source of energy so does this mean that as long as im on the candida diet, and therefore using fat as fuel, i will not be able to do strenuous exercise, gain muscle and strength? are you on a candida diet glass danse?
  9. thank you all for the advice but i'm still so confused because there is so much contradictory advice out there. By following the anti candida diet on healingnaturallybybee.com my skin improves and my acne starts to disappear but my energy and strength also decrease. Do you guys think that maybe i'm just benefitting from avoiding dairy, sugar, and processed foods. Maybe i would be okay eating fruit, vegetables and unprocessed carbs like wheat and oats? i just don't know what to do because if i'm
  10. well what you guys are saying makes sense in fact i know my energy has decreased and also my strength but doesn't carbs feed candida?
  11. I've been following a low carb, high fat diet and it has helped a lot with my acne probably cause i do believe im suffering from candida due to long term use of acne antibiotics (kinda ironic) the problem is that my workouts have been suffering and my energy and strength seems to have decrease and this bothers me cause i train mixed martial arts and i dont like the fact that it seems like there has to be a tradeoff between clear skin and training hard with good results. I was just wondering if t
  12. ya, i agree, drugs are never the answer, if it wasnt for the fact that i was put on 2 different antibiotics when i was 15 for 2 different years i would not be struggling with candida and folliculitis (that looks just like acne) right now. I was on accutane last december for exactly 10 days and got off of it because more than just chapped lips it was making my knee joints hurt really bad and once i looked on the internet i saw that there were many side effects. Whether it works or not, i'm not c
  13. hey brenton, just out of curiosity if you looked at your tongue in the mirror right now would it be coated white (thrush) or is it pinkish/reddish (the color a tongue should be)?
  14. "The only requirement is that the apples must be Red Delicious or Golden (red grapes can be substituted by those people allergic to apples) since they have more pectin to absorb the toxins in your system as your body digests them." "What you will need: 1) 10 or more Red Delicious Apples PER DAY! Peel them before you eat them since most apple skins commercially produced have been sprayed with pesticides. (Jonathan will work as well.) 2) 3 Fleet enemas or whatever brand is available or an enema ba
  15. oh wow, then ya i guess that makes sense and what you had was most likely candida cause i too was put on doxycycline for 1 year followed by another year of tetracycline which wiped out all my good bacteria allowing candida to spread once i was done, so i was wondering about the acne free in 3 days book, i had heard of it before but i didnt buy it because i read the reviews on this forum and they were pretty bad saying that it didnt work and it was a scam but then i saw this video on youtube ->
