  2. hahahahahaha, good for you if you don't get acne but I promise you that sooner or later that horrible diet with insulin spikes will negatively effect you in one way or another (obesity, diabetes, cancer...etc...)In fact, in my honest opinion Acne is probably the best disease to have in terms of our body warning us that something is just not right

I only ate fish, coconut oil, olive oil, and nuts and drank decaf tea and lemon water.   8. Well im back on it and i've been on it now for 2 weeks and still have no energy. You said that carbs are the body's preferred source of energy so does this mean that as long as im on the candida diet, and therefore using fat as fuel, i will not be able to do strenuous exercise, gain muscle and strength? are you on a candida diet glass danse?
