  1. Thanks for the reply. Glad to hear it got rid of red marks because that is about the last thing I need to get rid of! I think I was skimping on the product! Thanks!
  2. Just wondering how you use Diacneal? When I bought it I was told to use it as a spot treatment but that isn't really why I bought it in the first place because I don't need a spot treatment anymore. Is it supposed to exfoliate my skin? When I put it on it seems to but it leaves a bunch of clumps on my face from the exfoliate, so I am not sure if I am using it correctly! After it clumps on my face I almost want to wash my face off... How much do you use to cover your face? Or should I be cov
  3. How old are you now, and how old were you when you first fell in love? I'm 25 now. I met my husband when I was 17, I don't think we both actually fell in love until we were 20ish. We always loved eachother though. I think it should be said that loving someone and being IN love with them are 2 different things. I love alot of people in my life but I am IN love with only one person. Was the love mutual, or one-sided? always mutual...it has to be! Have you been in love several times, if so,
  4. Dan Kern's Regimen Keep perservering!!
  5. I have been on DKR for a little over a month and I am 90% clear (woohoo!), the only thing left to treat is my clogged pores. I have recently purchased Dan's AHA and I am waiting to receive it. My AHA will take 3 weeks to arrive if this delivery was anything like the last order i received. In the meantime I am going to try Diacneal to help with my remaining clogged pores. I am wondering if when my AHA arrives if I should continue using Diacneal with the AHA or scrap one or the other. Or if I s
  6. I have just started using about 1 pump of BP in the morning because I also hate waiting for it to dry. Then in the evening I use the full 2 pumps and let it completely dry. That way you are still getting BP in the morning. I have just started this so I am not sure of the results but I figured it was worth a try and maybe you might have some luck off it too!
  7. I have been off Accutane for probably 10 years. I didn't have the greatest results from it however. I am still 10 years later battling acne although thanks to Dan's regimen I definitely have it under control. My skin did NOT get any better or any worse after my course of it. It has pretty much stayed about the same for the last 10 years. I don't feel as though I have any long term side effects. Although when i was on accutane I didn't have severe side effects. The only thing that still fo
  8. So there should be no need to wash it off, right?
  9. Does anyone use ACV with Dan's regimen?
  10. What is your regimen?? And what ratio are you using the ACV:Water? I'm at 1:10 nto sure if that is too weak or not...just started using it a couple of days ago.
  11. Thank goodness! I think I will definitely try the jojoba oil if it is going to that long for the dryness to go away. Thanks for the help!
  12. Great challenge! I stopped last week and I am noticing a HUGE improvement in my complexion already! I find that I was mindlessly picking, I didn't even know I was doing it as much as I was. I have heard the elastic band on the wrist is a good way of reminding yourself of the habit that you are doing. Anybody have any other suggestions? Or another activity to keep my hands busy instead of picking? Thanks!
  13. I have recently started using BP and I am noticing a great improvement in my skin! My skin is quite dry which is fine for now but come winter this dryness will multiple because of our cold, windy and harsh winters here. My question is, does your skin stay this dry the whole time you are on the regimen or is it just a temporary condition I just have to battle through?
