  1. Hey! yep, I'm right there with ya. Although I am getting much better from using this site as far as confidence goes. I think the more I'm able to get out, the less I break out because of less stress. How's everything going for you?

    1. Currently I am taking: 2 grams of Kre-Alkalyn Creatine 10 grams of Glutamine 2 Optimum Pro Whey Protein Shake/Muscle Milk 2,400 mg of Fish Oil Can any of these supplements be contributing factors to acne? (specifically the creatine) I've been taking the creatine since I was 15 and didn't really start getting acne until 18, so I'm not sure if that is playing a factor. I also heard fish oil is good for one's complexion, so let me know what you guys think...
    2. I want to thank everybody on this site. I have been reading a bunch of different posts over the past 2 days and I think it has been a turning point in my life. I have overcome the fear of looking in a mirror because I realized that if I can't face myself in the mirror, how am I going to face other people? I have also realized that my skin probably isn't as bad as I make it sound. I am also confident that with a strict regimen, my skin should be clear soon. So thanks everybody! "get the swag
    3. heey, i feel the exact way you do. i sometimes dont want to leave the house, i feel so embarrassed to around anyone, but im starting accutane soon, so i really hope it helps. but message me back if you like, we can chat, talk to you later:)

      1. Yeah that's exactly how I feel...and all my friends are always asking me why I work out so much..well one reason is because i'm an athlete so that requires me too, but even if i didn't play sports, i would still workout like a maniac because I feel like i have to even things out...
