  6. I took it for a month and it helped alot for my cheek acne but then i stopped taking it so I wouldn't get dependent on it and it wouldn't weaken my immune system. taking zinc after you stop anti biotics is a good idea thats what i did and my cheeks are still clear.

  9. your lucky you don't have brown marks/hyperpigmentation I wouldn't get much sun or those will turn into brown marks and take forever to heal. acv and baking soda really helps mine fade. also getting the right nutrition and supplements.

  11. hmm I started eating nuts recently and I notice alot more of the same acne your getting, clogged pores around my mouth/chin and nose. My skin is really oily lately too... hmm im going to cut out the nuts.

  13. Salt water xD no im serious go to the ocean and get a bottle of salt water, rub some on your face after you wash your face and leave it on. drink a little too. unless your ocean is really crappy or you don't have one nearby, in that class im sorry.
