  1. It looks a lot like what mine used to look like, quite stubborn. Have you tried BP yet? It worked wonders for me and was a quick fix.
  2. Hey! Just a quick message of congratulations on gaining a super mood! I'm feeling good as well, Dan's Regimen has kicked in rather quickly and I've not looked so clear in at least three years. So I'm happy too. I agree, if you feel positive on the inside, it really does reflect on the outside. The key is retaining the joyfulness for the long-term! Take care.
  3. Have you tried Dan's regimen yet? I recommend starting out with that for a while. I was skeptical at first myself but I plucked up the courage to pay out for some of his products and I'm glad I did, results have been quick for me. You're right, it can be embarrassing to talk about, mine's a complete secret!
  4. Hey there, Your post was quite emotional and I was picking up on a sense of desperation in your words. It's understandable that you're upset and depressed about the scars but believe me, this is only a blip in your life and you HAVE to look to the future! I bet you have so much going for you. Time will heal, trust me. Hold your head up high and go get 'em!

So yes, keep it up with the videos - they're a real joy to watch. Thanks a million.
  6. Just want to put this out there, I've been using calamine lotion for about a week and a half now on my chest and upper arms, and the results are quite astounding. I read that calamine lotion works wonders on the face so I thought to myself, maybe it'll work wonders on my chest and upper arms? I've got moderate acne on my chest, upper arms and back and have started applying the lotion to my chest and upper arms for now. I can safely say there's 70% less pimples and redness. New pimple formations
  7. I've just mentioned the following in another post and thought I'd repeat it here: Personally I wouldn't recommend putting Head and Shoulders anywhere on your body other than your hair where it's supposed to be. When I used the stuff on my chest it left me with brown marks on my skin which can't been good. Something I recommended to you and anyone reading this is to try calamine lotion, you know that pink stuff. I've recently started putting it on my chest and it's certainly reducing redness an

  9. Hi all. It's come to my attention that fabric softener can both cause and aggravate back acne. I know for a fact that my mother uses way too much fabric softener which may be the cause of my moderate back acne. I looked up fabric softener on the net, and have discovered that the stuff sticks to clothing and can easily clog pores which in turn, cause the acne. It makes sense that this could be the cause of back/body acne as my blemishes stop where the sleeve ends, like many sufferers here prob
  10. I'm not going to be able to help you with what acne you might have, but I would advice you to cease using H&S. I used it over a period of a month or two and has left dark blotches on my skin which is taking time to fade. You may not have this, but I think after a month or so of using it you'll know what I mean. I'm simply using Neutrogena Body Scrub for the first time, and it's definitley decreasing redness and preventing new formation of pimples. How are you getting on with it now?
