  1. Too bad man, I was hoping to find out what the effects of dermarolling are on noses with large scar pores. So I take it you won't reconsider?
  2. Is this some kind of joke? I have read all your posts. I felt very sorry for you. I thought, hey this guy is in the same boat as me. I am 26 and I still have acne, I am not bothered by it as much, but the nose scars that I have is the thing that destroyed my life (like you I was very outgoing, always ready to party and do fun stuff with friends and family). I stayed in my apartment for months last year, only going to the nightstore once in a while to buy food (yes it was that bad), sometimes I w
  3. [Edited link out] I strongly believe that that regimen will work, and am pretty sure that producers of anti acne products are avoiding this subject like a plague. I googled a bit and found almost nothing about this (keywords: do not wash your face acne), all i found was lame products that prolly do not work. Good to see that at least 1 product support the way of this regimen.
  4. I am a male, and all i am thinking is WTF?... You girls crack me up, no offense.
  5. I've 2 questions to all those not washing their faces: 1. Do your faces smell bad? 2. Do they look grubby? Thanks 1. No. 2. No, in fact my complexion and tone have improved drastically. The only issue is the flakes when looking up close. How about your pores? All my pores in my t-zone (nose, moutharea) are clogged, and dried sebum is sticking out of everyone one of them. It looks really nasty, and u can see it really good. Will this go away? Because if i do nothing, it just stay there. A

  7. Am on day 10 now, been clear all along. But i got loads and loads of clogged pores, dried up sebum "needles" are sticking out of each pore on and around my nose, chin area too. It rly looks disgusting, After rincing it with water it fades a bit, but it wont go away. I think this is part of the recovery, but jezus, it looks so disgusting. It isnt noticable when u r 5m away, but come any closer and its a nightmare;p. Am on day 10 I use water once every 2-3 days, i do not use my hands, just let w
  8. It does, but nowhere near the degree that hot water is doing. And i am just using tap water. question to those on this regimen: Do you wash your face with water? Or just splash water on your face. If you wash, how do u do it?
  9. Everything is possible. I didnt do any scientific study to back up my claims. I think the way i see it is most probable through my experience and that of many others. And i am pretty my acne couldnt get any worse, i had it everywhere, big ones. So am pretty sure that my acne wouldnt be worse without the use of products.
  10. I used to do very hot showers, i always let the water rain on my back. Now i dont do it anymore, and only take 3min showers. Havent form any new cysts on my back, and the old ones are almost gone. About that site. I checked it out, and it has nothing to do with the pH of ur facial skin. Its about the pH balance of your body, blood mostly. Dunno what to do with the sun tho. that is a myth. Excessive oil is not due to dry skin. If this caveman regimen works fo
  11. okay so i get that the chemicals ruin our face's ph......so then what about water? won't that also ruin our faces' ph? i believe the only water that has a ph of 7 is distilled....every other water doesn't have a neutral ph....is that right? Excessive will. Especially hot water. It dissolves the acidlayer way more easily, which in turn dries the skin, your skin will produce more oil and endless cycle is set in motion if u continue. Once a day in the morning i take a shower, some water will r
  12. ? Come again? "Despite popular belief, you can build muscle without an intake of 500 grams of protein and 6,000 cals a day." Dude, its just about 3gram of protein per kilo. I weight 70 and i need to take about 200 protein a day to grow, and about 3000 cals. Dunno if you exaggerated or not but 500gram and 6000 cals is just lol Dunno where u get that, only Bodybuilders eat that much. honestly mate you dont understand how bad milk is. I used to drink a gallon a day to pack on mass but the f
  13. "Has any professional studied the reasons as to 'why' (and I emphasize 'why') this caveman regime works for so many? Is this finally leading to the truth about acne?" Yes. Here is what i got from this thread so far (sorry for my Engrish). Ur skin has = 7 PH at a young age. When u reach puberty ur body will try to become an adult. And adults have a better skin protection, 5.5 PH. But to achieve the 5.5 PH ur skin has to secrete more oil. Upon completion this is called the acid layer. It protect
  14. Where is Adam. I'd like to know how his face is doing, his last post was on 13dec if i am correct. I read most of the posts in this threads btw, very interesting. Have been doing the regimen for only 2 days and all the redness has gone, i mean wth?... The BP did clear my acne, but my skin didnt look natural (Red, shiny/oily, bit of flakiness). And doing Dans regimen till the end of times just give me a headache :s.
  15. Dan said that he has limited supply atm, and wouldnt be able to handle the demand if he put it on the "frontpage". And also, its more or less in a testing fase. Correct me if i am wrong.
