  1. I picked a blackhead.. and now there's a huge, very noticeable brown mark on my nose. I've been using ACV, but are there any other ways to speed up the process? Do you think this mark is permanent? I really hope not.. that would be quite unfortunate. Thanks in advance
  2. Owl City! That music just makes me so happy haha. Or Don't Stop Believin' by Journey, gotta love that song. Music really helps.
  3. So I've been breaking out for the past couple of days, and there were these two pimples above my eyebrow that were really bothering me. So I kept picking at them, and I kept picking so much that I eventually just tore the skin away. This was obviously very dumb, as it didn't even help the pimples go away. And this morning when I woke up, half of the piece of skin has turned brown, and the other half is really red. It doesn't hurt when I touch it, but I can tell it's definitely not a scab either.
  4. Yeah, usually my cysts aren't that noticeable at first since they're skin colored, and then they turn all purplish and dark. Eh, I hate cysts.
  5. I started breaking out really badly in sixth grade, and my sister had pretty clear skin, with the exception of a pimple once in a while. She noticed I was getting acne, so she started giving me advice, like popping pimples and using toothpaste. I remember her popping pimples on my face and trying to squeeze out blackheads... Haha it's really gross but it was nice to have her there for me. I also remember her using Clean & Clear oil pads, obsessively rubbing them on my face. You might not wan
  6. Try taking the close-ups so you can see whether or not your skin's improving. You're the only one that will see the pictures. I have pictures of my face close-up from a year ago, and it's nice to compare them to pictures from today.
  7. I don't have nightmares about my skin. Except there was this one time, I dreamed that I was squeezing my blackheads on my nose and these marble-sized, black lumps were coming out. It was so gross. Eh, bad flashback.
  8. Nah I definitely disagree. I just got back from a three-week camp, and we stayed at a college so I was surrounded by french fries, burgers, a dessert table, and so much other crap at the cafeteria. Let's just say I let loose at camp, and I ate whatever I wanted instead of sticking to healthy foods. And I now I'm paying the price. Big time. My forehead has broken out badly, and it rarely breaks out this bad. And don't even get me started on my cheeks. So everyone's different, but diet definitely
  9. Aw I'm sorry you had a bad day, especially since you had to fix your car and all the grease and dirt got on your face!
  10. I use clean and clear sheets, and they work really well for me.
  11. Awww, that sucks, but really... Don't listen to what they say. Some people just like to put down other people even though there's no flipping reason. And anyways, you're beautiful.
  12. I do! My skin is usually okay, and then one week before my period, BAM! I always get at least one painful cyst on my chin (if not multiple), and I get a bunch of medium-sized pimples on the right side of my cheek...Random right? My left side always seems to be fine and my right side always breaks out. Those usually come to a head so I pop them, and then I'm left with brown spots that take the longest time to fade. It's so frustrating for me, even though I know I don't have it that bad. It sucks.
  13. You can put loads of BP on the cyst overnight and it'll reduce in size, but it makes your skin really dry. I've been using tea tree oil, and it's been working really well for me.
  14. I used to have the worst social anxiety! And I still have it, but I've gotten over it a lot. I used to avoid looking at people directly or talking to them because I was afraid of what they would say or think about me. Now I'm a lot better about it because I've gotten over caring about what other people think about me. And trust me, once you do, it makes things a lot easier. This is going to sound cheesy, but you've got once chance at life. Do you really want to spend your entire life worrying? Y
