  1. Hey guys I've been clear for going on 2 mnths now ... However,my chest area and some on my back is the new location for the bumps/acne???? I mean,I can deal with them on my body rather then face...if ya get my drift...but WHY do you guys think this has happened? Its not too bad...a little annoying,but atleast I dont have to look at them on my face now(for the time being )....im hoping for good. But Is there a reason...do you guys know why this could be? I never get any bumps on my body...onl
  2. thx lol Yeah i eat 100% healthy. >_> need to cut down on beans for a while... and going to avoid ezekiel bread also it has soybeans , lentils.. etc Is gas the only problem with eating your beans eddie? Is your acne okay whilst eating beans? I want to add beans for protein.
  3. Hey,I have changed my diet all around...lol Now, I have not eaten any meat in a mnth..all really dark variety of different vegetables..you name the veggie,and I have been eating it...lol. I have been taking soluble fiber which is having me go bm, atleast 2 times a day. I have not been eating any oils..or many fats..ect. I have spirulina for some PROTEIN ,but I have just read that some people get rashes from it,I only took it 2 times...have anyone gotten a bad side effect from spirulina? if
  4. I m loving this regimen! LiVinG...you are great for shedding the light on this!! Between this and my slouble fiber,which I read that soluble fiber keeps the insulin spikes low as well..(read on it)..my skin is feeling AMAZING!! Its because of the sodium/soluble fiber..the soluble fiber is making me go 2 times a day..and the sodium/salt is keeping my glucose levels balanced ..its allowing me to eat a more variety of foods.   5. I wash my face 2 times a day. I find that if I do not wash my face,my face will be sticky/irritated ,and feels a lil more oilier...I like the squeaky clean feeling when going to sleep.   7. Hey guys!! I thought I'd chime in on how my soluble fiber has been going with helping with my digestion/regularity. I ,today finally tried the gluco powder...and I must say,it does gel quick..I mixed it in really cold water and chugged it down..I dont like that,it felt as if I were in a race to swollow it..and it made my stomache hurt ..   9. I concur .. Oraganic food is expensive.. But the quality food is waaay worth it. The bad thing is ,it will get worse because of our ever dwindeling ECONOMICAL CRISIS! This is another reason I have not eaten meat at all in 3 weeks...not the only reason..but a big reason.

  11. I am going on 2 weeks without any meat..and I am LOVING IT!! I dont think meat is bad..I think if you can afford to buy the "quality..non antibiotic..non hormone" added meats..the superior expensive kinds..I think they would be fine...just my 2 cents. .. I think I read that u were trying it out too I just started glucomanan today and my bm is still pretty active ( well I dont have any problem at all regularly...but i read some ppl have trouble with bm with soluble fibers o _ O) Yes, I have the gluconomann fiber..I have not started that as of yet...since now I have some non- gluten dry cheerios with 4 grams of dietary soluble fiber.   14. Hey guys I am sooo happy! If you dont know I have been having plenty of problems with my digestion ad being regular with my bm's...I would have to take 2 laxatives 1 time a week to have a bm...and I know that has had something to do with my skin/pores! Okay, so the past week I have added soluble fiber into my regimen..and that very first day...yup, you guessed it I had a good bm!! This is a big deal IMO...and nothing that should get overlooked..because bad digestion can cause allot of problems
  15. I seriously am thinking of grabbing some of the buckwheat. I think this might just solve my issues..with acne,& other symptoms I have with PCOS....my acne has been cool lately*knock on wood*...however I still have some issues with other ares..like mensturatio..and hirtuism.
