  1. Is there a way to tell if my forehead is over-compensating by producing too much oil? Everyday, my forehead is extremely greasy. When I wipe my finger across my forehead, I can accumulate enough grease that it looks like I've been eating McDonalds French fries with my fingers I have recently resumed my regimen with Dan's products. I have skipped the moisturizer altogether since it seems my forehead is well capable of moisturizing itself. OR is it over-compensating? Is there a way to check? W

  3. I want to buy lots of BP to save on shipping costs. According to http://www.danielkern.com/help_answer.asp?ID=17#153,
  4. Hi guys, I've been on Dan's regimen for more than 6 months now and my acne is gone! During that time period, I've had less than 10 pimples and they usually disappear in less than 2 days. I am extremely satisfied. Anyway, I realize my BP is almost gone and will be ordering some more shortly. In the meantime, I would like to use something else to substitute for the BP. I've got lots of cleanser and moisturizer left. I got a free supply of Pro-activ 3-piece treatment and was wondering which one
  5. funny you say that i usually do the regimen an hour before i sleep and i noticed that after doing my laundry, my normally blue pillowcase is now an awkward shade of pink and purple lol
  6. edit 2: i will update my first post once the site is finished with its maintenance; i am unable to edit posts for some weird reason i received my 16 oz cleanser replacement today at no additional charge to me. it was in perfect condition and i noticed it was sent with next day shipping! danielkern.com went above and beyond my expectations and they proved to me that they really care about customer satisfaction. i will definitely order again once my current supply runs out. thanks for brandy an
  7. hi there. i will try to apply the organic chemistry i learned in college to benzoyl peroxide. NOTE: i don't know all the details about reactivity and crap so please correct me if i am wrong; i always enjoying applying what i learn to real life. ------------ hydrogen peroxide and benzoyl peroxide are both organic peroxides in the form of R-O-O-R. hydrogen peroxide, H-O-O-H, needs to be kept in the dark because sunlight can serve as a catalysis in its decomposition (which explains why hydrogen
  8. thank you brandy for the swift reply. i will email kory immediately. anyway, my friend told me to take a whiff of the BP medication and see if it smells anything similar to hydrogen peroxide (seems logical). i did and it does so it must be BP. i just found it weird that it didn't sting.
  9. hi. my DKR products came today and i must say i am disappointed. when i removed the plastic covering from my 16 oz cleanser, i noticed that the bottle was covered with a slimy substance and saw that the cap was only only screwed on half way. my other 2 bottles (16 oz BP and moisturizer) were fine though i am disappointed since i lost a small amount of cleanser. also, is application of BP suppose to sting? i have applied it yet i don't feel a thing. is there a smell or visual test i can do to
  10. Hi, how long does the "starter kit" (8 oz) last following the regimen listed on the website? pro-activ has its own starter kit but the quantities are much smaller. this will be my first acne treatment and i am debating whether or not it is cost-effective to buy through acne.org or pro-activ or other OTC products. thanks for your help! edit: never mind. i see it here http://www.acne.org/findingsupplies.php
