  1. All I know is white rice tastes way better than brown rice. White doesn't seem to aggravate my acne either.

  5. Drinking water is good, but beware that drinking too much may result in water intoxication.
  6. After trying this method, I must add that I disagree with it (in the case of oily skin types). Why not just limit your face washings to two or three times a week instead? In my opinion, oily skin should be washed at least once a day with a cleanser and hot or warm water. Also, washing in the evening is probably better than washing in the morning.
