  1. I dont think thats a good idea. It should be just tane.
  2. Are you 100% sure? Thats why is good to keep before & after pics...anyways I understand how you feel, the very good healing started for me at 3 & 4 month with always one huge zit. You still have 3.5 months to go, thats more than half, and Accutane always does is best at a cumulative pase, do in the end, it will do more, derms even go as far as saying your skin may improve even more post tane, but if you really need it a course could be extended to about 8 months, and some people even nee
  3. Why do so many people bash this guy? Right now, thanks to God, and Accutane, I don't have acne anymore, but that doesn't mean I don't have acne-prone skin & redmarks/scars. Many people here have hormonal acne, which masturbating will raise their hormone levels, and cause more breakouts. It's the same as dairy which has too many hormones...Thats why I'm waiting for my red marks to fade before I masturbate again, so I don't disrupt the process. You prefer to believe in what google search e
  4. I think you're defintely using more products. Try to cut it down to just Cleanser, BP, Moisturizer (since this is the mild & moderate forum and Accutane is for severe acne) Most home made remedies are bull, I wouldn't waste my time on them, sorry. Also check your diet.
  5. My derm sayed Accutane was the only "cure" for acne ...I guess he can be wrong, everyone is human and makes mistakes, especially after seeing my last derm say diet has nothing to do with diet, but the nurse sayed she cleared up with a strict diet, so they may not be too wrong, maybe it just takes a few courses. But yeah, I'm gonna have to agree with you. I concede the point.
  6. (Sorry didnt read it but) I'm a guy, but I think taking your bloodtest before your next appointment will definetely help...because if you don't then you will have to wait for another meeting with him.
  7. None taken. However, have you tried a BIG & im talking BIG diet change? I'm not sure if you have, but I am almost sure you have atleast stopped eating foods that break you out, but the nurse of my derm told me she had very very bad acne and now she has gorgeous skin because of her strict diet. She's basically a vegetarian now tons of veggies & fruits. She even has fightswith her husband at lunch time. Don't believe the bull derm says that you can eat whatever you want and it won't influe

They will heal in a few months. You can use AHA to help them heal faster or peelings.
  9. Meh. I think it would have been better to stay out of the sun as much as possible and just sue the sunblock she gave you now with highest SPF which I think is 70.
  10. DO NOT USE TAZORAC!!! PLEASE PLEASE BELIEVE ME! IT BROKE ME OUT LIKE CRAZY. My first derm gave it to me after I was clear from my first accutane course to try to keep that way and it broke me out with huge zits, you don't want that, they may leave marks/scars. My two best choices for attacking acne are Accutane & Diet. I'm curious though did accutane help you at all? How was it? What dosage were you on? For how long? Since you already took accutane twice, I recommend a good diet. The nurs
  11. Sad. Atleast you got cured. Unlike popular belief (even my old derm sayed it didnt affect) you are living proof that diet does affect acne. I have more proof because of the nurse of my derm. She got cured on a diet too. It's been clinically proven that dairy can cause acne because too many hormones. So i cut those in addition to eating veggies & fruits to my regimen + wash my face + Accutane (just too end it for good). I'm curious though, what dosage were you on and for how long each?
