  1. I haven't been using proactiv for very long...only about a week haha but I actually use Cetaphil moisturizing cream with the system. It's a moisturizer I knew worked well for me before so I just use that with the three steps and I haven't got dry skin at all and I use proactiv twice a day so maybe you should try a new moisturizer?? However I know some people have more sensitive skin and they only use it once a day with good results so maybe that would work? Maybe you could use the cleanser and
  2. Awww this just made me happy to read because I just started using Proactiv! I started hmmm...Tuesday of this week so wish me luck!
  3. I'm not positive, but I think it might. I go to a tanning salon and my face is pretty pale compared to my body haha, and I use beds with facial lamps so....I'm pretty sure it's the BP. Have fun in the Caribbean though!!!
  4. Hmm for face washes from the drugstore you can try: Purpose (this one is just a gentle cleanser) or Neutrogena Clear Pore Cleanser/Mask (a BP face wash/mask) or the Acnefree cleanser (another BP face wash) Those all have worked well for me! And for a BP cream, definitely Clean and Clear Persa-gel 10. That stuff works awesome! Hope I helped! Good luck!
  5. Well I'm a girl and rather petite, I'm 19 and I'm 5'2" and 97lbs, but I'm like you in the way that I can eat and eat and eat and hardly gain weight, I try not to but I've gone some weeks where I eat a lot of fast food because I'm so busy, but I do try to eat pretty healthy more for my body and overall health than my weight. But I don't notice any new acne or anything when I eat crappy haha. I have clear skin now, just red marks. You would be surprised if you saw me earlier in the year because I
  6. I would really like to recommend a regimen that worked wonders for me. If these products are agreeable with you please give them a try. I have had acne since I was 10 years old, I'm now almost 20 and this past year I had some of the worst acne I've ever experienced. Typically my acne was mild, but it changed to acne EVERYWHERE and very painful bumps at that, one would go away and a day later another would replace it in the same spot. My skin dried out completely and my face just looked HORRIBLE.
  7. Well I don't know if I would be considered "Hot", I mean I get hit on a lot at college and my boyfriend tells me I am all the time...but my boyfriend isn't ugly or dorky, actually he is completely gorgeous, crystal clear skin, has a lot of friends, he plays drums and he has a job as an electrician and goes to the gym all the time so he's got a great body as well. Despite how overwhelmingly good looking he is, I wouldn't be able to put up with him if his personality was crap. When it's just me an
  8. Hi! I'll add you on AIM next time time I'm on, but here's my SN so you can add me also: Kef03189
  9. Just thought I'd answer these as well Additional questions: How old are you now, and how old were you when you first fell in love? Right now I'm 19, I was 16 when I fell in love and we started dating, I'm still with the same guy today Was the love mutual, or one-sided? Mutual Have you been in love several times, if so, how many? Nope this was my first time, I had thought I was in love before but once you really fall in love it's easy to tell the difference Do you find it easy to fall in lo
  10. Why not try AcneFree? It's supposed to be similar to Proactiv. I use it (well I only use the cleanser) and I like it and if you want to spend less money that would be the way to go, considering it is only like 15-20 dollars for the kit depending on where you buy it and like 5-7 dollars for the cleanser alone. Might as well try it...they have the same thing as Proactiv where if you don't like it you can get your money back. Give it a shot and if it doesn't work you can always go back to Proactiv!
  11. Haha I know this is probably going to add fuel to the fire for the person who said this was a hoax but wow I'm really starting to like Neutrogena!!! That moisturizer is good and takes care of the flakies without overdoing it and I bought the Acne stress control scrub and 3 in 1 hydrating treatment and WOW! My redmarks are fading and no new breakouts, the ones on my face from my totm are practically gone, and my face hasn't looked better in a long time! I'm really happy, I'm crossing my fingers t
  12. Well if you say that BP is making you red and super dry then Proactiv might not work very good for you because it's main ingredient is BP. But if you want to try it anyways but don't want to order or spend the extra money, a friend of mine used the cleanser from Proactiv and then couldn't order it anymore because of money issues so she bought the Neutrogena Clear Pore Cleanser/Mask (and used it mainly as a cleanser) and said it works exactly the same!...so you could try that! It got really good
  13. That sounds great! I've been needing another moisturizer for nighttime since the one I'm using has SA and I'd rather just use it during the day. I think I'm going to go pick it up this afternoon on my way to my boyfriend's house so I will let you know what I think of it! Thanks for making this post, I wouldn't have noticed this moisturizer otherwise!!!
  14. I ALWAYS get people coming up to me and telling me I look like Rachel McAdams! Even my boyfriend after watching the Notebook says to me "Wow you look so much like her!" I'm good with that though because she is gorgeous haha!
