if you're hair isn't thinning from the b5 (pantothenic acid supplement), and it's helping to clear your skin, i see no reason why you shouldn't keep taking it until you're happy with your results. i can honestly say that diet has a far more powerful effect on your skin and overall health in the long-term though. Following a strict paleo diet with an emphasis on lots of green veggies, uncured lean meats/chicken/fish, low or zero fruit for 2 months (for those whose acne is exacerbated by fructos -

Brenton, If you experience no considerable symptoms from hair thinning do you think there are any additional retracts to overdosing on b-5 upon clearing your skin on paleo or anti-candida? basically I'm contemplating whether or not it's worth keeping 3g of b-5 within my regimen for the sake of remaining relatively clear until fully clear being 100% on anti-candida and either then paleo.... :think: what do you think? -

B spinach, onion, and tomato omelette with ghee and avocado rooibos tea with mint orange slices L ground beef stir fry with mixed veggies, ghee, and avocado D chicken stir fry with mixed veggies, ghee, and avocado shot of EVOO and orange slices

yea I'm aiming for a more anti-candida/paleo combo I'm at 70% fat 15% protein 15% carbs give or take before I can cut out the fruits

yea I've been paleo for two weeks now healthy fats are key: for me I do EVOO 3tbsp/day Ghee (clarified butter) 3tbsp day avocadoes 3 a day the rest I get from eggs ground beef and ground chicken lot's of veggies like 3 oranges a day sometimes frozen mango slices the rest is magic lol try to monitor your cals. on FitDay good tool very helpful
