  1. Hey moonbase, I sent you a PM about this!
  2. What are some of the best exercises to do? The pool is sort of far from me, and it's cold outside right now so I feel that running won't really make me sweat that much.
  3. I've been thinking about my acne in the past and I've remembered memories that weren't so bad back then, but thinking about it now is scary as hell. I remember my mother used to take use a bar soap that you wash dishes and your hands with to wash my face like crazy, then she takes this wash cloth and scrubs my face all over really roughly. Afterwards she says, "See, now you look so clean!" She cleaned my face like this for a long time... I almost want to cry right now thinking if I was doing tha
  4. Yes, I live on campus and it can be hell at times when you have a bad breakout. I really do feel like my grades would be better if I didn't have acne. I would go to class more, go study with friends, and just have a better experience. Thanks for the support.
  5. I think jojoba. It's suppose to be non-comedogenic, moisturizing, and helpful with pH balance.
  6. I'm in similar situation. Rest of my face is decently clear, but around my mouth is a warzone.
  7. I don't know what I'm suppose to do. I'm a Senior and college right now and whenever I have a bad breakout, I avoid my friends and class. I stay in my room and when I need to go to the bathroom I just try to wait until no one is around, then I run in, use and run back in to my room. I fall behind in school because of this, but I really really have no choice. A friend of mine called me and asked why I don't go to class; I tell him that I'm sick. I trying not to lie because I do have an illness ri
  8. The past few days I have been using a new paper towel to pat dry my face. How is that worse than air drying?
  9. What do you mean by splashing? Do you mean to just throw water on your face or to cup the water and to press it to your face?
  10. That sounds like a terrible cycle, I hope it's not the case.
  11. I get oily skin throughout the day, but my skin can turn relatively dry after washing.
  12. I don't know where these keep coming from! The only things I use on my face are jojoba oil, tea tree oil, and a toner. The cleansers I use I'm pretty sure are okay for me. I also put some epsom salt, and sea sat on my face during cleansing. I also use exfoliators. I can only think of the following: - Cleansing too harshly - Popping them leads to more - Diet - Stress I try to not pop when I can, but it is just too difficult for me to go to classes with these things spread over my mouth and such
  13. Damint, why did I have to buy a packet of them.
  14. ... Do everyone a favor and shower at least once a day!
