  1. Hi! What ever happened to the injected cyst that came back? I'm in the same situation. I had 2 humongous cysts injected. They flattened out. Then one of them atrophied (looked like a maroon-brown deep hole) then the other one took a few more days before showing signs of slight atrophy. And then I noticed a bump starting to form on the one with the slight atrophy! Now I'm freaking out! It's not sore or painful to the touch, like a fresh acne cyst, but I don't understand why it's coming back or w

  3. i've had an extraction.. well, an extraction is when they stick a needle to your face, and push something out, right? it technically wounded my skin and scabs formed a day or two after. the scabs/marks cleared up in around two weeks.
  4. around the second week of april, i had a facial (extraction), and it took around 2 weeks for the scabs/marks to heal and clear up. (even now i still have a few pale pink marks--IS THIS NORMAL??) anyway, before the extraction, my cheek area has always had a bumpy/sandy feel to it, and my dermatologist said that it was my clogged pores. now it's been around a month, and i notice that on my lower right cheek is starting to feel a bit bumpy again. and when i look closely at the mirror, i notice a f

  7. i see.. okay, i guess my last question would be.. how come not all parts of my face would peel? why only certain areas, like the skin near the corners of my lips? (they have the flaking really bad) and aside from some flaky spots on my cheeks, the rest of my face is pretty okay.. what could explain this? thanks!
  8. ALOE VERA what is the role of aloe vera in treating dark brown marks left by acne? does it actually help whiten the skin or does it just soothe the skin? and what is the recommended form of the aloe vera to be used? (gel, cream, lotion, etc) MELA CLEAR 2 i saw a cream in the market advertising that it whitens dark pigmentations and marks on the skin, but i haven't really tried it. i've tried googling over the internet about it, but have found very little information about it. has anyone here tr
  9. really? so, tretinoin can actually help hyperpigmentation? (since i have a few brownish marks here and there left after the acne has healed and gone away.) do you happen to know when it is recommended to stop applying tretinoin? thanks for your response! it really helped.. my skin is really, really flaky right now.
  10. does a tretinoin cream cause peeling? if yes, then what is the peeling for? any answers would be appreciated.. thanks!
  11. i did a stupid thing and picked and squeezed one acne/pimple that was growing on my right cheek. obviously, it became very red and formed a scab. the scab/scaly skin fell off this morning after i took a bath, and it's left a pretty red mark on my cheek. obviously, LESSON LEARNED from this is to never, ever pick on them. i just need your advice, what can i do to treat this red spot? (please see enclosed photos) also, can anyone help me how to get rid of the other spots that you see on my cheek
