  1. when a homeless man is giving you skin care advice. yes, this actually happened. it happened over a year ago when i was serving coffees in a homeless shelter. my skin was incredibly dry/red/flakey at the time. he was quite friendly.
  2. brenton looks like a really cool dude. both before and after.
  3. This applies particularly to the men: If having acne makes you angry or frustrated, I recommend that you take advantage of these emotions. Do hill sprints. Lift heavy things. Whatever. Get fitter. Get stronger. Acne can be an emotional trigger for something great. Ads
  4. I have a sneaking suspicion that the use of BP and other topicals prevents you from naturally outgrowing acne through all the associated irritation etc. Edit: Oh heck, its more than a sneaking suspicion. I actually believe it.
  5. *im tempted to retaliate but i will restrain myself* So this approach hasnt work out for you. That's fair enough. Have you tried a paleo diet?

Think twice about it. Rant over.
  7. Has anyone had success with this approach? http://www.acne.org/messageboard/WASHING-F... http://www.acne.org/messageboard/light-us-... http://www.acne.org/messageboard/Experimen... http://www.acne.org/messageboard/caveman-r...
  8. I used to think that my skin is just naturally sensitive. It definitely isnt. It WAS sensitive because I was assaulting it with products. Even the "harmless" cetaphil and tea tree oil were irritating. Male? 23? Sensitive skin? Oily skin? You are a perfect candidate for the "do nothing" regimen.
  9. you will appreciate the outdoors (especially in summer) when your skin is clear. def something to look forward to
  10. Milk fat is probably good for you. only if raw IMO.
