  1. This thread needs to be brought back. I'm assuming OP's problem went away since the thread ended. Maybe time is really the best healer. That sounds like a hypertrophic scar, not normal PIE. Hypertrophic scars tend to be red and stay red for a long long time. Your best bet is to see a plastic surgeon for scar revision.

  4. Hello all, I am looking into which techniques will be the best to address this acne scaring that I have on my cheek and chin. It is post inflammatory erythma and atrophic scarring. I was recommended microneedling but Dr. Davin Lim said that it's not the best technique to use for more severe scarring.
