  2. well vicodene i used to love all pain killers are great yet i have been completely sobber of all drugs, and toxic foods. constipation unfortunatly in relations to acne means you need to do a cleansing of your lower bowels in relations to your colon.   4. I appreciate your responce. However, I'm not really in a position to change my lifestyle. I spend 2/3 of the year away at college, and my main source for meals is the cafeteria on campus (that's about all I can afford). I have noticed that eating Doritos has caused my acne to be worse by the next day. But I have since cut the doritos out of my snack food list. Most other foods don't seem to have an effect on my acne (for better or worse). I know most of my acne comes from heredity. My brother ha

However when someone gets acne after peanut butter they are either allergic to the peanut, or most of all there is hydrogenated oil in the peanut butter. Your protein from nut consumption should be minimal. I feel your pain my acne started because i wanted to bulk up and put weight on.
