  1. I know exactly what you are going through. I was completely clear about 6 months ago. Then slowly but surely, the more I cleaned up my diet, the more I broke out. Now I have more acne now then I have had in my entire life!! My diet wasn't even that bad before to begin with. I went from a healthy diet to a raw vegan diet. I have since incorporated more cooked meals and diary into my diet, but not meat. I am also using some topicals such as BP and saclytic acid. Hopefully I can get back to what I
  2. You can get it all out at once within the 45 minute timeframe of a good colonic. No worries. You'll be clean as a whistle after just one session. That way you won't have to be even more uncomfortable than you are now by taking laxatives and such. I hate laxatives as they make you so gassy and uncomfortable. And many times, they don't work. Unfortunately. Just make an appointment for Monday to get a colonic and then start implementing all of the suggestions here to keep things moving regularly on
  3. I've never heard of eating meat before veggies. I think the order is reversed. You should always eat the easily digested food FIRST. Therefore the order would be veggies and then meat. Although if I was eating meat, I wouldn't eat anything with it. It is already the most difficult thing to digest in a SAD eaters diet. Also, it takes on average 3 or more days to digest meat. Fruits are the most easily digested food, if eaten alone. The body can digest fruit in less than 12 hours. Also, do not ove
  4. Also, the juice fast will not always make you go. Some people never have a bowel movement on these types of fasts and others do. Many experts advocate doing some form of colonic with a fast, either an enema every day or a colonic in the middle to end. No urgency, but 6 days it a very long time to not have a bowel movement. Think of it this way, that is 3 meals a day for 6 days that have piled on top of one another. That's a total of 18 meals! If you eat even a half a pound of food at each meal
  5. Wow......6 days. That is not good. You need to go to a colon hydrotherapist immediately. Also, when you first wake up in the morning drink a liter of water and take a probiotic (like the others have said). Take the probiotic first and then the water. Before eating anything go for a run or jog. You might also try some yoga moves that message the intestines. And stretch, stretch, stretch. But seriously, the colon hydrotherapy will clean you out faster and more effectively than anything else you do
  6. Try taking MSM. I have been taking MSM for about 1 month now and all of my red marks are gone. I take Solaray's brand, one tablet morning and night.
  7. avocado garlic clove sea salt cayenne pepper cumin add a little water to make it creamy This taste wonderful over spinach, red peppers, onions, tomatoes, and corn.
  8. If you are interested in colon cleansing I would recommend colon hydrotherapy. It is a 45 minute process that flushes the fecal matter out of your colon. It is much more gentle on your system than the herbal products. And like others have said, there is much debate on whether the herbal products create what is coming out of you. Look up reputable colon hydrotherapists in your area and give them a call. I go about once every 3 to 4 months for a routine session. For soothing and relaxing. Plus it
  9. Wow! That is great. Your routine is VERY similar to mine. I have been eating raw vegan for about 6 months now. I feel better than ever!! I wouldn't listen to the poster who said you should cook your veggies. If you are concerned (Which you didn't say you were in your post) I would look the information up online at Dr. Mercola's website. In fact, I just had a salad myself consisting of raw corn straight from the cob, avocado, tomatoes, onions, spinach leaves and a little raw salsa. I have also be
  10. To the person who asked about getting a colonic....I don't know who told you they were BS. I LOVE getting colonics. They make me feel very healthy. I have done 4 sessions so far and am going back for my 5 next week. They have made me very regular. I would recommend everyone get at least 3 colonics within their first month and then one every few weeks or month. I plan on getting one every 3 weeks.
