  1. Day 2: The smell is really getting to me, and the Green Tea Poultice leaves a grainy feeling on my face for awhile so it's hard to put on makeup. No visible results yet although my face does seem a bit drier. Must put on mosturizer
  2. If you have an oily face, be sure to don't immediately put something on that will dry it out too much or your body will make even more oil to balance out your skin. Mud masks and homemade oatmeal masks are actually good for taking away excess oil. And if you're out, keep some oil control film such as the one by Clean&Clear handy because they immediately absorb unwanted oil.
  3. Make sure you take in a lot of healthy food such as fruits and veggies. Fatty acids such as those that are in fish really good for your skin. Protein drinks are okay but you need to maintain a balanced diet. Make sure to wash your face thoroughly after excerising and drink LOTS of water to dispel any gunk in your body. Also be sure to get around 7 hours of sleep!
  4. I tried Zeno before...and if you have maybe a pimple here and there it will work. But you have full-blown acne or cysts, don't try it. IT MAKES IT WORSE XD And if you're sensitive to light and some chemicals it's best not to use it. I wouldn't spend all that money on it unless you only have a few small pimples.
  5. No, I don't believe those are cysts. Do you have dry skin? My friend had this same problem and when she squeezed her nose, tiny white/yellow pus came out. I think it's the blackheads and dirty bacteria that's deep inside your pores. A scrub might help because a lot of times dead skin gets clogged up in your pores and you need to clean them up.
  6. Okay, so I'm 19 and have pretty sensitive skin. I'm allergic to BP so there's not much I can use. I think I'm also allergic to retinol (or whatever it's called). I break out like mad sometimes and right now I feel so disgusting with my acne. So Proactiv is out, anything with harsh chemicals are out...so I was surfing the internet and stumbled upon Skintactix. I don't know if it's going to work but hopefully it will. I REALLY am in need of a solution. I WANT A CLEAR FACE DARN IT...okay I'll prett
