I have no idea if this is texture, hyperpigmentation or some type of rolling/ boxcar scar. I just want some advice on what to do? I really hope they aren't scars because I dont have that type of money to fix them. As you can see tho, they look indented but then they dont, its really weird. Different lighting:

its not on the other side of my face as shown so its not my facial structure. I have no idea if this is hyperpigmentation or some type of rolling or boxcar scar. I know theres some estheticias or dermatologists in here who could maybe try to help? I really hope they aren't scars because I dont have that type of money to fix them. Timeline of pics is below, I know some of these pictures are rough, I was crying in a lot of them. anyways I had a pimple on my cheek that I first used hydrocolloid bandages on. It started out as a red area of skin, kinda painful I guess and progressed into a small red bump. Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and I'd like some insight on the current state of my skin, but first here's some short backstory.
