  1. My dermatologist told me that I should be using non comedogenic makeup on my face. Does anyone know of good brands that are non comedogenic. I use clinique a lot is that? Or any department store brands? PLEASE HELP
  2. Does anyone know of a good sunscreen for people with acne. Usually putting sunscreen on my face makes me break out like crazy because it's too sensitive
  3. I was just wondering how much Accutane costs on average. Right now I'm taking Differin gel....and that's running about $100 for a tube....if I could find something cheaper, then it'd be worth looking in to.
  4. I used the clinique acne products....the night treatment has SA and then the emergency lotion contains BP. The emergency lotion was expensive for what you get....it's just a small tube. When I ran out of that I started using a clearasol product that contained BP....it was a little more reasonable.
  5. I've heard that tanning once a week will help control acne. Does anyone know if there is actual evidence of this?
  6. well...i guess that can't hurt...
  7. I have used both together and saw a change in my ance for the better....but the two products dried out my face before I used a mosturizer with it. Hope that helps!
  8. So I have been reading a lot about the acne diet....and all I hear is what to avoid eating, such as dairy, fried foot, wheat, sugar, potatoes, trans fats, and refined carbs.......so what CAN you eat? I know you can snack on nuts, fruits, and veggies, but what I'm really looking for is some good meal ideas to add some variety.
  9. I have been using Clinique Clarifying powder makeup. I feel like it doesn't irritate my skin as much as other make up brands. It also has very good coverage but it doesn't feel caked on like some makeup that is designed to cover up impurities in the skin.
