  1. I don't know, but for $20, I'll find out.
  2. It's pricy and requires a prescription in Australia. I am totally going to stock up now that I am home for a few weeks!
  3. DIM! Yes! That's it! Thank you!
  4. No, it wasn't broccoli pills, but it was something similar in concept. However, the name didn't have a vegetable in it. Thanks!
  5. In the past when I've perused this site, I saw repeated mentions of a supplement that provided nutrients comparable to numerous servings of vegetables. The supplement is a pill. I believe it may be made by Nature Made. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to find mention of this anywhere. Does anyone have any idea about the product I'm referring to? Apologies if I am confusing several products. It's been a while since I've been on here. Thanks!
  6. After reading some of your comments, I decided to cut the green tea. I haven't had a cup since Sunday. My skin is now dry, dry, dry. It had never been oily from the green tea, but the zits were non-stop, at least since I started drinking numerous cups a day rather than one or two. (I've been drinking green tea for several years.) My spotty areas are now peeling, but I haven't had any new eruptions. I will stick with my green tea ban until everything clears up... or I run out of moisturizer. Then

  8. I read about this a while ago and tried it. I don't think it made any difference.
  9. The dermalogica map is more about the condition of your skin rather than the behavior that causes the problem. Thank you though. I knew about the hair thing, but I never thought about hand placement. I will have to monitor what I do. However, I think I tend to lean on my left hand, and my breakout spot is on the right. Hmmmm...
  10. Drinking green tea is supposed to be beneficial. I have been drinking it daily for about two years -- without seeking any health benefits from it. I just like green tea. Anyway, I recently started drinking green tea with goji berry and pomegranate, and it is like crack. Seriously, I drink numerous cups during the day. Since I developed this green tea addiction last month, my acne has flared up, despite the fact that these ingredients are all supposed to promote healthy skin. I am wondering -- an
  11. You may want to do a search on exfoliators with similar ingredients, particularly the pomegranate, before you order from abroad. You may be able to find something locally. (For example, I know Pevonia, a California-based company, makes something similar, but I think they tend to be expensive.)
  12. Thanks, bran88! That's really interesting. I had never heard of that problem with green tea. In any event, I will keep drinking it for a couple more weeks and see what happens. I will go put the kettle on now in the interests of science!
